Boqsani (Persian : بقساني‎, also Romanized as Boqşānī; also known as Bokhsānī, Beḩsānī, and Boqşānī-ye ‘Olyā)^[1] is a village in Nashtifan Rural District, in the Central District of Khaf County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 354, in 71 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Nashtifan Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Khaf County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,810, in 388 families. The rural district has 9 villages.

Khaf County is a county in Razavi Khorasan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Khaf. It is a small border town about 350 km from Mashhad.
