Breath and Taxes is the third EP by Spahn Ranch, released in 1994 by Zoth Ommog Records. [1] [2] The song "Breath and Taxes" contains the lyrics "Charles, Charles in a jar" in direct reference to Charles Manson. [3]

The band has several releases on the American record label, Metropolis Records. They are named after two Marvel Comics characters.
