Brenda Villa is an accomplished American water polo player. She is the most decorated athlete in the world of women’s water polo. Villa was named Female Water Polo Player of the Decade for 2000-2009 by the FINA Aquatics World Magazine. She is one of four female players who competed in water polo at four Olympics; and one of two female athletes who won four Olympic medals in water polo. She is a leading goalscorer in Olympic water polo history, with 31 goals. In 2018, she was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame and the USA Water Polo Hall of Fame.

Brenda Mersereau Helser, later known by her married name Brenda Helser de Morelos, was an American former competition swimmer who won a gold medal in the women's 4×100-meter freestyle relay at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London. A graduate of Stanford University, de Morelos grew up in Oregon where she graduated from Lincoln High School. Her swim coach was International Swimming Hall of Fame member Jack Cody. Along with fellow 1948 Olympians Suzanne Zimmerman and Nancy Merki, Helser was part of the Multnomah Athletic Club team dubbed "Cody's Kids" that from 1939 to 1948, won 58 individual national swimming titles and three national team swimming championships.
Richard Gordon McBride Budgett OBE is a British Medical and Scientific Director of the International Olympic Committee. He won an Olympic rowing gold medal in coxed four at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. He was chief medical officer at the London 2012 Summer Olympics.

Elizabeth Evadna Brey, née Elizabeth Evadna Mullen, was an American competition swimmer who represented the United States at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, Australia. Brey swam for the silver medal-winning U.S. team in the preliminary heats of the women's 4×100-meter freestyle relay. She was not eligible to receive a medal under the 1956 Olympic swimming rules, however, because she did not swim in the relay final. In addition to her Olympic appearance, Brey also competed at the 1951 and 1955 Pan American Games and won two gold and two silver medals.
