Brett T. Williams is a retired United States Air Force major general who served as director of operations for U.S. Cyber Command from July 2012 to June 2014. He retired from the Air Force on June 1, 2014. [1]
Williams earned his commission as a distinguished graduate of the ROTC program at Duke University. He is a graduate of Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot training and the USAF Fighter Weapons Instructor Course.
During his Air Force career, Williams served in four senior leadership positions: As the director of operations (J3) at U.S. Cyber Command, he led a team of 400 people responsible for offensive global operations and defense of all DOD networks; as the director of operations (A3O), he led the service's largest staff directorate, comprising more than 1300 Airmen and civilians stationed worldwide; as the director of communications (J6) for U.S. Pacific Command, his 150-person directorate executed an annual budget of $57 million and was responsible for command and control networks supporting DOD's largest geographic warfighting command; and finally, as the inspector general for Air Combat Command, he was responsible for oversight of all U.S.-based combat flying organizations.
Operationally, Williams led a variety of complex entities ranging in size from 300 to more than 9000 personnel. His most significant leadership position was as commander of the 18th Wing in Okinawa, Japan, the largest combat wing in the Air Force. Williams was responsible for relationships with Japanese political and business leaders in a highly volatile community environment. He executed an annual budget in excess of $100 million in support of more than 25,000 U.S. service members, their families and Japanese employees. Williams is an F-15C fighter pilot with 28 years of flying experience, including more than 100 combat missions. In 2009, he was presented with the General and Mrs. Jerome F. O'Malley Award.
He is a command pilot with more than 3,700 hours in the F-15C and more than 100 combat missions in operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Southern Watch, Northern Watch, and Iraqi Freedom.
Williams is a founder of IronNet Cybersecurity, Inc., and is president of its operations, training and security division. As a leading expert on cybersecurity, Williams has appeared on NBC's Meet the Press with Chuck Todd, ABC's This Week with George Stephanopoulos and MSNBC's The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell . [2]
He conducts cyber-risk training seminars as a faculty member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is chairman of the advisory board for the Duke University School of Nursing. He serves on a board for Ciena Government Solutions Inc., and serves on the board of advisors for TRI-COR Industries, an IT services firm. [3]

John K. McMullen is the Commander, 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Task Force - Afghanistan, Commander, NATO Air Command-Afghanistan, and the Deputy Commander-Air, U.S. Forces- Afghanistan. In these command roles, he oversees two NATO aerial ports of debarkation, two air expeditionary wings and two expeditionary groups consisting of more than 6,900 Airmen. He also advises and assists with joint expeditionary tasked/individual augmentee taskings in the Afghanistan combined joint operating area and ensures the optimal integration of air and space power in support of Headquarters ISAF and Operation Enduring Freedom missions. As the Commander, NATO Air Command-Afghanistan, he is responsible for developing the Afghan Air Force. In addition to these three command functions, Major General McMullen serves as the Central Command Combined Forces Air Component Commander's personal representative to the ISAF Commander as the Air Component Coordination Element liaison and also serves on the ISAF Joint Command staff as the Deputy Chief of Staff-Air.
General William M. Fraser III is a retired United States Air Force officer who served as Commander, United States Transportation Command. He previously served as Commander, Air Combat Command from September 10, 2009 to September 30, 2011, the 34th Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force from 9 October 2008 to 27 August 2009, and as Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from May 2006 to 8 October 2008. As the Assistant to the CJCS, Fraser oversaw matters requiring close personal control by the Chairman, with particular focus on international relations and politico-military concerns. As commander of United States Transportation Command, Fraser was in charge of managing all global air, land and sea transportation. He retired on May 5, 2014.
Donald Joseph Hoffman is a former United States Air Force four-star general who served as the 7th Commander, Air Force Materiel Command. He previously served as Military Deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition from August 2005 to November 20, 2008. As Air Force Materiel Command's commander, he leads the command's 74,000 Air Force and civilian personnel, manage $59 billion annually in research, development, test and evaluation. He also oversees the acquisition management services and logistics support which is required to develop, procure and sustain Air Force weapon systems. Hoffman assumed his command on November 21, 2008. He retired from the Air Force on July 1, 2012.
Steven Lloyd Kwast is a retired United States Air Force lieutenant general. He last served as commander of Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. In that role, he was responsible for the recruiting, training and education of Air Force personnel. The command includes Air Force Recruiting Service, two numbered air forces and Air University. The command operates more than 1,400 trainer, fighter and mobility aircraft, 23 wings, 10 bases and five geographically separated groups. It trains more than 293,000 students per year with approximately 60,000 active-duty, Reserve, Guard, civilian and contractor personnel.

Gilmary Michael "Mike" Hostage III is a retired United States Air Force four-star general who last served as commander, Air Combat Command from September 13, 2011, to October 2014. He previously served as commander, United States Air Forces Central, Southwest Asia. He retired from the Air Force after over 37 years of service.
Herbert Jay "Hawk" Carlisle is a retired United States Air Force four-star general who last served as the commander of Air Combat Command, at Langley Field, Joint Base Langley–Eustis, Virginia.
