Brian J. Kuester is an American lawyer who served as the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma from 2017 to 2021. [1] He previously served as the District Attorney for District 27 in Oklahoma.
Kuester received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Missouri in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2000. Prior to receiving his law degree, Kuester was a police officer. He was previously an associate at Robinette & Osmond and staff counsel for Allstate. Kuester has also served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Tulsa County District Attorney's office. In November 2010, he was elected as the District Attorney for District 27 in Oklahoma. He was re-elected in 2014. [1] [2]
In June 2017, President Donald Trump nominated Kuester to become United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. [3] He was confirmed by the United States Senate by voice vote on September 14, 2017.
On February 8, 2021, he along with 55 other Trump-era attorneys were asked to resign. [4] He resigned on February 28, 2021. [5]
The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma is a federal court in the Tenth Circuit.

Green is an American lawyer from Oklahoma who served as the United States Attorney for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, having served in that position from September 29, 2010, when he was appointed by President Barack Obama, until he was dismissed on March 10, 2017 by President Donald Trump.

R. Andrew Murray is an American attorney who served as the United States Attorney for the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina from 2017 to 2021. He previously served as the elected District Attorney of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Prior to becoming the District Attorney of Mecklenburg County in 2011, Murray was an Assistant District Attorney in Mecklenburg County and a criminal defense attorney and managing partner in a North Carolina law firm. He enlisted in the United States Coast Guard in 1980 and was later commissioned as an officer in the United States Coast Guard Reserve. In 2016, he retired as a captain after 35 years of service.
Michael Bryan Stuart is an American attorney who served as the United States Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia from 2018 to 2021. He was sworn in on January 9, 2018. Prior to assuming his current role, he was a lawyer for the law firm of Steptoe & Johnson. In 2014, Stuart chaired the West Virginia Presidential Debate Commission. From 2010 to 2012, he served as chairman of the West Virginia Republican Party. Stuart chaired Trump's 2016 presidential campaign in the state. Prior to his confirmation as a U.S. Attorney, Stuart said addressing the opioid epidemic would be a priority of his office. On February 8, 2021, he along with 55 other Trump-era attorneys were asked to resign. On February 12, he announced his resignation, effective February 28.

On February 15, 2018, his nomination to be the United States Attorney was confirmed by voice vote. He was sworn in on February 22, 2018. On February 8, 2021, he along with 55 other Trump-era attorneys were asked to resign. On February 11, he announced his resignation, effective February 20, 2021.
