Brinda is an Indian Telugu-language crime thriller television series written and directed by Surya Manoj Vangala. ^[1] Produced by Adding Advertising LLP, starring Trisha Krishnan. ^[2] It premiered on SonyLIV on 2 August 2024. ^[3]

Production

In October 2021, The series was announced on SonyLIV. ^{[5] [6]} The makers of the series arranged a Muhurat puja. ^[7] Trisha Krishnan was cast in the titular role in what also happens to be her OTT debut. ^[8] The principal photography of the series started in mid-October 2021. ^[9] In April 2022, Indrajith Sukumaran was confirmed to be a part of the cast, in a pivotal role. ^[10] The filming of the series concluded in November 2022. ^[11] The teaser was released on 8 July 2024, ^[12] followed by the trailer of the series. ^[13]

Reception

Avinash Ramachandran of The Indian Express gave the series 3/5 stars. ^[14] Divya Raje Bhonsale of Mathrubhumi rated the series 3/5 stars. ^[15]
