Brittney Jayne Rogers-Collins (born August 6, 1982) is a former American beauty queen and reality television contestant. [1]

Career

In 2003, she won the title Miss Louisiana USA, having previously placed 2nd runner-up at the Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2000 pageant. She represented Louisiana at the Miss USA 2003 pageant held in San Antonio, Texas, where she failed to place. The pageant was won by Susie Castillo of Massachusetts. Rogers did, however, win the title Miss Fear Factor after participating in a special Miss USA edition of Fear Factor aired before the live pageant broadcast.

Her second appearance on reality TV came in 2005 when she competed with her family on The Amazing Race 8 . They ended up in 9th place out of 10 teams and were the second team eliminated in Middleburg, Virginia. [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13]

Personal life

A graduate of Louisiana State University, Rogers was working in the pharmaceutical sales industry at the time of her participation on The Amazing Race .

Miss USA 2003

Miss USA 2003 was the 52nd Miss USA pageant, held at the San Antonio Municipal Auditorium in San Antonio, Texas on March 24, 2003. It was the first time it had been held in this state since 1996 when the pageant was held in South Padre Island. It was the latest it had been held since 1986, as previous pageants had been held in February or early March and this was the first Miss USA to be broadcast on NBC, replacing CBS, which had broadcast the pageant since 1963.

Amanda Lee Kimmel is an American beauty queen, actress, and model who has competed in the Miss USA and Miss Earth pageants. Kimmel was the second runner-up contestant on Survivor: China, runner-up on Survivor: Micronesia, and later returned for Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains where she placed ninth. The Amazing Race is an American adventure reality game show in which 11 or 12 teams of two race around the world. Brook Roberts is a reality-television personality and a former beauty queen who held the title of Miss Oregon 2004 and competed in the Miss America 2005 pageant. From 2006 to its closure in 2010, she was a host on Gems TV. Brook and Tara Gray star in the reality-TV series The Good Buy Girls on TLC in 2013. It was canceled after four episodes due to low viewership and only 10 of the ordered 12 episodes have been broadcast.

Alyssa Edwards American drag performer and choreographer

Miss Teen USA 2018, the 36th Miss Teen USA pageant, was held on May 18, 2018 at Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana. Sophia Dominguez-Heithoff of Missouri crowned her successor Hailey Colborn of Kansas at the end of the event.
