Bunso is a town in the East Akim Municipal District of the Eastern Region in Ghana. It is the site of the Bunso Arboretum and of Bunso Cocoa College. [1] [2]

Niche Cocoa Company Limited is a Ghanaian cocoa company which was founded by Edmund Poku in 2007. The company exports its semi-finished by-products from Ghana to other companies in other countries internationally. Niche Cocoa started as Commodity Processing company with three associates all from different backgrounds two years after the company was established, Poku bought all of his partners' shares making it an entirely Ghanaian owned company. In 2011, Niche Cocoa company limited was then modified into Niche Cocoa.

Cocoa production contributes to the national economy of Sri Lanka. It is grown in fairly dense shade and generally cultivated under coconut and rubber. Although cocoa production remains a source of revenue, it is no longer a main economic sector. The great part of cocoa cultivation occurs in the Matale, Kandy, Badulla, Kurunegala, Kegalle and Monaragala districts. The first cocoa plants were introduced to the country in 1819. Recent years cocoa production has increased by nearly $22.6 million (2015).

COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application, abbreviated as COCOA, is a COVID-19 application for smartphones provided by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan. The application uses Bluetooth to detect and record suspected close contacts between users. If the contact is diagnosed with COVID-19, the user will be notified. After receiving the notification, the user can consider self-isolation or go to a medical institution for treatment.
