Berlin is a town in Worcester County, Maryland, United States which includes its own historical Berlin Commercial District. The population was 4,485 at the 2010 census, and has since grown in population. It is part of the Salisbury, Maryland-Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area.
The Costen House is a historic U.S. home located at 206 Market Street, Pocomoke City, Maryland, United States. Dr. Isaac Thomas Costen built the house c. 1870s and members of his family lived there for over a century. Dr. Costen became the first Mayor of Pocomoke City. The house currently serves as The Isaac Costen House Museum.
Queponco is a historic United States railway station located at 8378 Patey Woods Road, Newark, Worcester County, Maryland. Constructed by the Pennsylvania Railroad, the Queponco railway station served Snow Hill, Berlin and Newark communities. The station closed in the 1960s.
St. Martin's Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church located on Route 113 at the intersection with Route 589 in Showell, Worcester County, Maryland. Much of the original Flemish bond brick structure is retained. Built as the first parish church of Worcester Parish, which had been established in 1753, it was started in 1756 and completed in 1759. Attendance dwindled after St. Paul's Episcopal Church was established in nearby Berlin in 1824, and by the end of the century the facility was used only sporadically.
Chanceford is an 18th-century building in Maryland located at 209, West Federal Street, Snow Hill, Worcester County, Maryland. It is an early example of a neo-classical temple-fronted dwelling on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
The James Martin House, built c. 1790, is the only remaining representative of a gambrel-roof timber frame dwelling on the lower Eastern Shore of Maryland. Two other buildings of similar form, Pemberton Hall and Bryan's Manor are brick buildings. The interior retains much of its original raised-panel woodwork.

Built in the 1780s according to dendrochronology and with a four-room center-hall plan, and is located on the first recorded English land grant in what is now Maryland. St. Francis Xavier Church and Newtown Manor House Historic District is the first county-designated historic district in Saint Mary's County, the "Mother County" of Maryland and is located in Compton, Maryland, near the county seat of Leonardtown. The district marks a location and site important in the 17th-century ecclesiastical history of Maryland, as an example of a self-contained Jesuit community made self-supporting by the surrounding 700-acre (2.8 km2) farm. The two principal historic structures were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. Archaeological remains associated with the site date back to the early colonial period, mid-17th century.

It includes a significant array of Victorian, Colonial Revival, and Beaux-Arts influenced structures. The majority of the housing dates from 1870 to 1940. It is an example of a type of prosperous river town that characterized the region during the period, which retains an exceptional collection of 19th and 20th century building forms.
The Berlin Commercial District is an historic district in Berlin, Worcester County, Maryland. It consists of a collection of approximately 47 late-19th century commercial buildings. They are small-scaled, one- to three-story buildings that occupy both sides of the main thoroughfare and its secondary arterials. The buildings form a visually cohesive and pleasing streetscape, the majority of which are constructed in the row fashion with party or common walls.
Buckingham Archeological Site is an archaeological site near Berlin in Worcester County, Maryland. It is one of the few known Woodland period village sites in the coastal marsh areas of the Atlantic Coast section of Maryland. The site falls within the general vicinity of an Assateague Indian town. It is located four miles east of the Sandy Point Site, both including the southernmost reported occurrence of Townsend Series ceramics on the coastal section of the Eastern Shore.
The Sandy Point Site, or Sandy Point Archeological Site, is an archaeological site near Ocean City in Worcester County, Maryland. It contains the southernmost component of the Townsend Series on the Delmarva Peninsula. It is also one of the few known Woodland period village sites in this area. These traits are shared by the nearby Buckingham Archeological Site.
Godlington Manor is a historic home located at Chestertown, Kent County, Maryland, United States. It is a frame gambrel-roof structure with a long frame 1+1⁄2-story kitchen wing. The house features much of the original beaded clapboard. Also on the property is a frame milkhouse, a brick smokehouse, and a boxwood garden.
The Belmont Estate, now Belmont Manor and Historic Park, is a former forced-labor farm located at Elkridge, Howard County, Maryland, United States. Founded in the 1730s and known in the Colonial period as "Moore's Morning Choice", it was one of the earliest forced-labor farms in Howard County, Maryland. Its 1738 plantation house is one of the finest examples of Colonial Georgian architectural style in Maryland.
