Caloreas schausiella is a moth in the family Choreutidae. It was described by August Busck in 1907. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from New Mexico. [1]

Nepticulidae is a family of very small moths with a worldwide distribution. They are characterised by eyecaps over the eyes. The wings of adult moths are narrow and lanceolate, sometimes with metallic markings, and with the venation very simplified compared to most other moths.
