She has competed at multiple Trampoline World Championships. [1] At the 2018 Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships, with partner Alice Gomes, she finished sixth in synchronized trampoline. [2]
A doping ban following a positive test result for the presence of canrenone in her system after the 2019 Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships in Tokyo sidelined Gomes in 2020 even though she was found to have "no significant fault or negligence," which reduced her period of inelgibility. In 2022, she finished 7th at the 2022 Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships in synchronized trampoline with partner Alice Gomes. [5]
In 2023, Gomes took silver at the World Cup in Santarem and then became the first Brazilian to win gold at a World Cup event, earning double gold at the FIG World Cup 2023 AGF Trophy event held at Baku in both the individual and synchronized trampoline (with partner Alice Gomes) events. [6] Then at the 2023 Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships, she had her highest individual finish at a world championshps when finished in eighth. [7] Following her successes in 2023, she was named as Brazil’s representative to the 2024 Paris Olympics. [8]
She was named “Trampoline Gymnast of the Year” in Brazil in the following years: 2014, 2015, 2018, and 2021. [6]
In 2014, Gomes intended to spend three months training in the United States of America with Tatiana Kovaleva. She began a relationship with Steve Gluckstein that eventually resulted in their 2106 marriage. [2] Gomes works as a nutrition consultant and continues to train at Elite Training Academy and the couple resides in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey. [9]

At the 2004 Summer Olympics and 2008 Summer Olympics, she won a silver medal in the individual event.
Jason Nicholas Burnett is a Canadian trampoline gymnast from Etobicoke, Ontario. He is noted for having completed, in training, the world's most difficult trampoline routine with a degree of difficulty of 20.6 and holding the former world record of 18.8 for a routine performed in a competition. He has placed first in the Canadian National Championships eight times in individual trampoline. In the 2008 Olympic Games he won a silver medal.
Rosannagh "Rosie" MacLennan is a Canadian retired trampoline gymnast. She is the 2013 and 2018 World Trampoline champion, 2012 and 2016 Olympic champion, and 2011 and 2015 Pan American Games champion in the individual trampoline event. MacLennan was the Canadian National Women's champion in 2005, 2009 and 2011, and in 2007 was the World Champion in synchronized trampoline with Karen Cockburn. She has also won five silver and four bronze medals in World Championship competition in both the individual and synchro events. MacLennan trains at Skyrider's Trampoline Place in Richmond Hill, Ontario, with coach David Ross, who has coached all of Canada's Olympic trampolinists.
The Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships are the world championships for trampoline gymnastics including double mini trampoline and tumbling. They were originally held annually from 1964–1968. The frequency was switched to biennially from 1970–1998. The admission of trampolining to the Olympic Games required a switch to holding the World Championship as a qualifier in the year before the Olympics from 1999. Since 2010, the World Championships are again held annually, except for Olympic years. This cycle was broken in 2021 when the COVID-19 pandemic forced the delay of the 2020 Summer Olympics by one year.
Steven Gluckstein is a former American 2012 Olympian in gymnastic trampoline. He is a six-time National Men's US Trampoline Champion, five-time National US Men's Synchronized Trampoline Champion, and a six-time World Team member. In 2009, he and his partner Logan Dooley were the first gymnastic trampolinists in Team USA history to win a gold medal at a World Cup Series event. Gluckstein retired from competitive gymnastics in 2016 and is currently the head coach of the Junior U.S. National Trampoline team, as well as a trainer at Elite Trampoline Academy in New Jersey. He also regularly works with his wife, Camilla Lopes Gomes, a top-ranked Brazilian trampolinist.

That same year, she was crowned national champion at the USA Gymnastics Championships. She was a member of the US Trampoline and Tumbling National Team from 2011 to 2021, and was an alternate at the 2020 Summer Olympics games in Tokyo.
