Carol Rose Roberts (born November 9,1942) is an American politician who served as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. First elected in 2014,she won reelection in 2016 before resigning in 2018 on her relocation outside of her district. [1] [2]

Hampshire College is a private liberal arts college in Amherst,Massachusetts. It was opened in 1970 as an experiment in alternative education,in association with four other colleges in the Pioneer Valley:Amherst College,Smith College,Mount Holyoke College,and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. New Hampshire law has also protected against discrimination based on sexual orientation since 1998 and gender identity since 2018. Additionally,a conversion therapy ban on minors became effective in the state in January 2019. Effective from January 1,2024,the archaic common-law "gay panic defence" will formally be abolished - by legislation implemented within August 2023.
