Cary L. Whittingham (born May 30, 1963) is a former American football linebacker. He was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the ninth round of the 1986 NFL Draft. [1] He played for the Los Angeles Rams in 1987. He later served as a coach at Timpview High School. His son Jason played football at University of Utah. [2] [3] [4] [5]

The 1983 BYU Cougars football team represented the Brigham Young University (BYU) in the 1983 NCAA Division I-A football season as a member of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). The team was led by head coach LaVell Edwards, in his twelfth year, and played their home games at Cougar Stadium in Provo, Utah.
