Casalmaiocco (Lodigiano: Casalmaiòcch) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lodi in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Milan and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Lodi.
