Cassandra Castro Holland (born c. 1984) is a Puerto Rican beauty pageant titleholder. [1] Holland represented Fajardo at the Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2004 pageant, where she placed third runner-up. Holland later became Miss World Puerto Rico 2004. She placed as one of the top 10 finalists in the Top Model fast-track competition at Miss World 2004, but failed to place as a finalist during the final night. [2] Holland represented Puerto Rico at the Miss Tourism Queen International 2008 pageant, where she placed as a finalist and finished in sixth place overall while obtaining the title of Continental Queen of the Americas. Currently, there are two separate televised pageants held annually: Miss Universe Puerto Rico to select the representative for Miss Universe and Miss Mundo de Puerto Rico to select the representative for Miss World. A record of 70 contestants competed for the crown, in which the competition was televised live by WAPA-TV. On October 11, 2008, the show entered its final stage when twelve finalists elected by the public remained.

In 2010, no contest was held and the 1st Runner-Up of the 2009 contest, Yara Lasanta of Barranquitas was appointed as Miss World Puerto Rico 2010 and represented Puerto Rico at Miss World 2010 where she finished in the Top 25.
