Chernushka (Russian : Чернушка) is the name of several inhabited localities in Russia.
Russian is an East Slavic language, which is official in the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as being widely used throughout Eastern Europe, the Baltic states, the Caucasus and Central Asia. It was the de facto language of the Soviet Union until its dissolution on 25 December 1991. Chernushka is a town and the administrative center of Chernushinsky District in Perm Krai, Russia, located on the Bystry Tanyp River, which is 230 kilometers (140 mi) south of Perm, the administrative center of the krai. Population: 33,272 (2010 Census); 35,713 (2002 Census); 34,835 (1989 Census).
Chernushinsky District is an administrative district (raion) of Perm Krai, Russia; one of the thirty-three in the krai. Municipally, it is incorporated as Chernushinsky Municipal District. It is located in the south of the krai and borders with Uinsky District in the north, Oktyabrsky District in the east, the Republic of Bashkortostan in the south, Kuyedinsky District in the west, and with Bardymsky District in the northwest. The area of the district is 1,676 square kilometers (647 sq mi). Its administrative center is the town of Chernushka. Population: 50,593 (2010 Census); 53,746 (2002 Census); 51,743 (1989 Census). The population of Chernushka accounts for 65.8% of the district's total population.
Perm Krai is a federal subject of Russia that came into existence on December 1, 2005 as a result of the 2004 referendum on the merger of Perm Oblast and Komi-Permyak Autonomous Okrug. The city of Perm is the administrative center. Population: 2,635,276.

The area of the district is 1,416 square kilometers (547 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality of Arbazh. Population: 7,328 (2010 Census); 9,647 ; 11,933 (1989 Census). The population of Arbazh accounts for 48.6% of the district's total population.
Kirov Oblast is a federal subject of Russia. Its administrative center is the city of Kirov. Population: 1,341,312.
Kilmezsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-nine in Kirov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,106.4 square kilometers (1,199.4 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality of Kilmez. Population: 13,086 (2010 Census); 16,132 ; 18,370 (1989 Census). The population of Kilmez accounts for 45.5% of the district's total population.
