Cheta is a district in the South West Region of Ethiopia. This district has its origins in the province Chetta of the former Kingdom of Kaffa. Part of the Keffa Zone, Cheta is bordered on the west by Decha, on the north by Telo, and on the east by the Konta special district. Towns in Cheta include Shama. Cheta was separated from the Telo district.
Based on the 2007 Census conducted by the CSA, this district has a total population of 32,619, of whom 15,870 are men and 16,749 women; 1,467 or 4.5% of its population are urban dwellers. The majority of the inhabitants practiced Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity, with 77.37% of the population reporting that belief, 16.31% practiced traditional beliefs, 4.1% were Protestants, and were Muslim. East Welega is one of the zones in the central Oromia Region of Ethiopia. This administrative division acquired its name from the former province of Welega. Towns and cities in this zone include Nekemte.
Kofele is one of the Districts in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. It is named after the administrative center of the District, Kofele. Part of the West Arsi Zone, Kofele is bordered on the south by the Kokosa, on the west by the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples' Region, on the northwest by the Shashamene(District), on the north by Kore, on the east by Gedeb Asasa, and on the south east by Dodola. Other towns in Kofele include Wabe Gefersa.
Decha is a district in the South West Region of Ethiopia. The name Decha comes from one of the provinces in the former Kingdom of Kaffa, which had the approximately same boundaries. Part of the Keffa Zone, Decha is bordered on the south by the Omo River which separates it from the Debub Omo Zone, on the west by the Bench Maji Zone, on the northwest by Chena, on the north by Ginbo, on the northeast by Menjiwo, on the west by Telo and Cheta, and on the southeast by the Denchya River which separates it from the Konta special district. The major town in Decha is Chiri.
Menjiwo is a district in the South West Region of Ethiopia. The name Menjiwo is derived from the province Manjo of the Kingdom of Kaffa; however, the province of Manjo lay within the boundaries of neighboring Ginbo, while Menjiwo occupies the lands of the Gallo province of the former kingdom. Part of the Keffa Zone, Menjiwo is bordered on the south by Telo, on the southwest by Decha, on the west by Ginbo, on the north by the Gojeb River which separates it from the Oromia Region, and on the east by the Konta special district. The major town in Menjiwo is Adiya Kaka.
Telo is a district in the South West Region of Ethiopia. The capital city is Oda. This district has its origins in the province Chetta of the former Kingdom of Kaffa. Part of the Keffa Zone, Telo is bordered on the south by Cheta, on the west by Decha, on the north by Menjiwo, and on the east by the Konta special district. Towns in Telo include Felege Selam. Cheta district was separated from Telo. In Telo district there are many tourism areas such as shinat ino, boreta valley (washa), shada earth ear, the 18th Kafa cemetery. In Telo there are 24 kebele and one district administration.
Jeldu is one of the districts in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Part of the West Shewa Zone, Jeldu is bordered on the south by Dendi, on the southwest by Ilfeta, on the north by Ginde Beret, on the northeast by Meta Robi, and on the southeast by Ejerie. Towns in Jeldu include, Gojo, Osole, and Shekute, Boni.

Meta Robi is one of the Aanaas in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Part of the West Shewa Zone, it is bordered on the south by Ejerie, on the southwest by Jeldu, on the northwest by Ginde Beret, on the north by the Muger River, and on the east by Adda Berga. The major town in Meta Robi is Shino.
Ejerie is a woreda in Oromia Region, Ethiopia. Part of the West Shewa Zone, it is bordered on the south by the Southwest Shewa Zone, on the west by Dendi, on the northwest by Jeldu, on the north by Meta Robi, on the northeast by Adda Berga, and on the east by Walmara. The major town in Ejerie is Ejerie town, after which the district has been named.
Walmara is a district in the Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne, Oromia Region, Ethiopia. It is bordered on the south by the Sebeta Hawas, on the west by West Shewa Zone, on the north by Mulo, on the northeast by the Sululta, and on the east by the city of Addis Ababa. Towns in Walmara include Kolobo and Holeta.
Berek is a woreda or district in Oromia Region, Ethiopia. It was part of the former Berek Aleltu woreda which was separated for Aleltu and Berek woredas and Sendafa Town. Part of the Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne, Berek is bordered on the south by the Akaki and East Shewa Zone, on the southwest by the city of Addis Ababa, on the west by Sululta, on the north by North Shewa Zone, and on the east by the Amhara Region.
Nannawa Chiro is one of the Aanaas in Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia. Part of the West Hararghe Zone, Chiro is bordered on the south by Kuni, on the west by Guba Koricha, on the northwest by Mieso, on the north by Doba, on the northeast by Tulo, and on the east by the Galetti River which separates it from Mesela and the East Hararghe Zone. It is part of the former Chiro district that was divided to create Nannawa Chiro and Gemechis districts and Chiro Town.
Guba Koricha is a Aanaa in Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia. Located in the West Hararghe Zone, Guba Koricha, according to the OCHA map (2005) is bordered on the south by Darolebu, on the southwest by the Arsi Zone, on the west by the Afar Region, on the north by Mieso, on the northeast by Chiro, on the east by Habro, and on the southeast by Boke. Woreda of Anchar was separated from Guba Koricha.
Boset is one of the districts in the Oromia of Ethiopia. Part of the East Shewa Zone located in the Great Rift Valley, Boset is bordered on the south by the Arsi Zone, on the west by the Awash River which separates it from Adama, on the north by the Amhara Region, and on the east by Fentale. The administrative center of the woreda is Welenchiti; other towns in Boset include Bofe, Bole and Doni.

Part of the East Shewa Zone located in the Great Rift Valley, Dugda is bordered on the southeast by Hora-Dambal, on the south by Adami Tullu and Jido Kombolcha, on the west by the Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Region, on the northwest by the Southwest Shewa Zone, on the north by the Awash River which separates it from Ada'a Chukala, on the northeast by Koka Reservoir which separates it from Adama, and on the east by the Arsi Zone. The administrative center of Dugda is Meki.
Bule Hora is a woreda in Oromia Region, Ethiopia. It formerly included Dugda Dawa and Kercha districts. Part of the West Guji Zone, Bule Hora was bordered on the south by the Dawa River which separates it from Arero, on the southwest by Yabelo, on the west by the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples Region and Gelana Abaya, on the northeast by Uraga, and on the east by Odo Shakiso. The largest town of Bule Hora is Bule Hora Town.
Keffa or Kaffa, is a zone in the South West Region of Ethiopia. The administrative center is Bonga.
Dugda Dawa is one of the districts in the Oromia of Ethiopia. It was part of former Bule Hora woreda. It is part of the West Guji Zone.
Bita is a district in the South West Ethiopia Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Keffa Zone, Bita is bordered on the west by the Sheka Zone, on the north by Gesha, on the northeast by Gewata, and on the west by Chena. The major town in Bita is Bita Genet. Bita was formed from parts of Chena and Gesha districts.
