Chiltern railway station is located on the North East line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the town of Chiltern, and it opened on 21 November 1873. [1]

In 1978, No. 4 road and the goods platform was abolished. [1]

It was closed as a staff station on 19 June 1987. [2] Former No.2 and No.3 roads were removed by 10 July of the same year. [2]

In 2000, the former crossing loop on the standard gauge line was extended by 670 metres at the down end. [3]

The original platform was located on the broad gauge line. Between 2008 and 2011, this line was converted to standard gauge, and another platform was built on the existing 1962 built standard gauge line.

A disused goods shed is located at the station. The goods shed was converted into a community centre in 2011, and on 4 March 2021, ownership was transferred to the Chiltern Model Club.

Disused station Barnawartha is located between Chiltern and Wodonga stations.

Barnawartha is a closed station located in the town of Barnawartha, on the North East railway, in Victoria, Australia. The station building and platform lie between the Melbourne - Albury standard gauge line, opened in 1962, and the former broad gauge line, converted to standard gauge in 2010. There is a disused goods shed to the west of the tracks.

Heywood railway station is a disused station on the Portland railway line in the town of Heywood, in the state of Victoria, Australia. The last passenger train between Ararat and Portland was on 12 September 1981, operated by a DRC railcar. The platform and station building are still in place at Heywood, although in a disused condition. Some of the former yard remains as unconnected broad gauge track, with power connections also provided to a work camp area. The former goods shed was removed by October 1983, and the through line was converted to standard gauge in 1995.
