The team is organised by the Vanuatu Cricket Association, which became an affiliate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 1995 and an associate member in 2009. Vanuatu made its international debut at the 1979 Pacific Games, at which time the country was still known as the New Hebrides. The majority of the team's matches have come against other members of the ICC East Asia-Pacific region, including both at ICC regional tournaments and at the cricket events at the Pacific Games.

Paras Khadka is a Nepalese former cricketer who is the current Secretary of Cricket Association of Nepal and President of Bagmati Province Cricket Association. He captained the Nepalese cricket team from 2008 to 2019. An all-rounder, Khadka was a right-handed batsman, and a right-arm medium-fast as well as an off-break bowler. He made his debut against Malaysia in April 2004. Khadka played in Nepal's inaugural One Day International (ODI) match, against the Netherlands, in August 2018. He is often considered as the greatest cricketers of Nepal.
The Bangladesh women's national cricket team is the team that represents the country of Bangladesh in international women's cricket matches. They made their international debut when they played, and won, two matches against Thailand in July 2007 before participating in and winning the 2007 ACC Women's Tournament. Bangladesh were granted One-Day International (ODI) status in 2011 after finishing fifth in the 2011 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier. They subsequently qualified for the 2014 ICC Women's World Twenty20 as hosts, making their first appearance at a top-level women's international tournament. They have also won the 2018 edition of ACC Women's Asia Cup. This was the only instance in ACC Women's Asia Cup where any team other than India won the tournament. However, they finished fifth in the next edition of Women's Asia Cup, but has since went on to become one of the most competitive women's cricket teams in Asia. The team made its first World Cup appearance at the 2022 Women's Cricket World Cup, and has participated in every edition of the World Twenty20 since making its debut at the 2014 edition.

He is one of the eleven cricketers to play in Nepal's first ever One Day International (ODI) match, against the Netherlands, in August 2018. In January 2019, he became the first bowler for Nepal to take a five-wicket haul in an ODI. He represents the Nepal Army Club of the National League, Jagdamba Giants of the Nepal Premier League, and New Horizon College, which plays in the SPA Cup.
Ahmad Faiz is a Malaysian cricketer who plays for the Malaysia national cricket team. He was part of Malaysia's squad for the 2008 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He played in the 2014 ICC World Cricket League Division Three tournament.

During the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, Airee scored the fastest fifty in T20Is, off just 9 balls, against Mongolia. In April 2024, he became the only third player in T20Is to hit six consecutive sixes in an over, doing it against Qatar in the ACC Premier Cup. He is also dubbed as “The Tiger” for his aggressive batting skills.
Wongpaka Liengprasert is a Thai woman cricketer, who has played for the women's national cricket team. She made her international debut in 2013 at the 2013 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier. She also represented Thailand in the 2015 ICC Women's World Twenty20 Qualifier. Wongpaka also played in the 2016 Women's Twenty20 Asia Cup which was held in Thailand.
