Classic Rock, produced by Jeff Jarratt and Don Reedman, is the first album in the Classic Rock series by London Symphony Orchestra. It was released on 1 July 1978 by K-Tel International, [1] and entered the UK Albums Chart on 8 July 1978, rising to number 3 and staying in the charts for 39 weeks. [2] The album gained platinum certification from the British Phonographic Industry on 10 November 1978. [1] The album was recorded at EMI Abbey Road Studios on 15–16 October 1976. A further nine albums in the series followed, between 1979 and 1992.

The disc artwork takes its inspiration from the photography of Denis O'Regan. In November 2019 the soundtrack received an American Music Award for Top Soundtrack.

From Out of Nowhere is the fourteenth studio album by British rock band Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), and the second credited to Jeff Lynne's ELO. The band's first studio album in four years, it was released on 1 November 2019 through Big Trilby and Columbia Records. The title track was released as the lead single on 26 September 2019. Lynne played most instruments on the album. Despite only playing on one track, keyboardist Richard Tandy finally returned to Jeff Lynne's ELO as a permanent member.

It was released on 26 March 2021 through New York–based label Luaka Bop. The album consists of a single 46-minute composition noted for its "dreamlike" quality. The album has received widespread critical acclaim from music critics. Promises was the final album Sanders released in his lifetime, having died in 2022.
