Cloud 19 is the debut mixtape by American singer and songwriter Kehlani, who released it as a free digital download on August 26, 2014.

Cloud 19 is widely recognized as launching her music career, [2] the mixtape ranked at twenty-eighth on Complex 's list of the "50 Best Albums of 2014", [3] and was also listed among Pitchfork 's "Overlooked Mixtapes 2014". [4] To commemorate the seventh anniversary on August 26, 2021, Kehlani's label Atlantic Records managed to acquire the masters of the mixtape and released Cloud 19 on streaming services.

Promotion

The first song from the mixtape, "Get Away", was premiered on HotNewHipHop's website on July 16, 2014. [5] A remix version featuring American rapper G-Eazy was published on November 21, 2014. [6] The song, "FWU", had a music video released on November 3, 2014 and directed by Martín Estévez. [7] David Drake of Complex named "FWU" as the third dope song you should be hearing everywhere soon. [8] The music video for "1st Position" was directed by David Camarena, and it was released on January 20, 2015 as the last music video from the mixtape. [9]

<i>4/4</i> (EP series) 0000 EP by Meek Mill

4/4 and 4/4 Part 2 are the respective first and second extended plays by American hip hop artist Meek Mill. They were released by Dream Chasers Records and Maybach Music Group digitally for free download and stream on My Mixtapez January 16 and January 30, 2016, respectively. Both 4/4 and its second counterpart feature production by C-Sick, Jahlil Beats, The Beat Bully, Ben Billions, ChopSquad DJ, Mando Fresh, Southside, DannyBoyStyles and J.Oliver with the latter featuring guest appearances from Dave East, Future, Omelly and Tdot Illdude. The second installment of the 4/4 extended play project, was released fifteen minutes shortly after Mill's rival, Drake, released a diss track aimed towards him, "Summer Sixteen"; the EP, itself, includes a response track called "War Pain".
