Cohesity was founded in June 2013 by Mohit Aron. [7] Aron previously co-founded storage company Nutanix. [8] While still in stealth mode, it closed a Series A funding round of $15M. [8]
The company launched publicly in June 2015, introducing a platform designed to consolidate and manage secondary data.
