Colwellia mytili is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, aerobic and motile bacterium from the genus of Colwellia which has been isolated from the mussel Mytilus edulis from the South Sea in Korea. [2] [3] [1] [4]
Bucephalus mytili is a parasitic flatworm of the class Trematoda. It is a parasite of fish and a parasitic castrator of the mussel Mytilus edulis, where it destroys the mussel's gonads and causes the mussel to grow much larger than normal.
Fulvivirga is a genus from the family of Fulvivirgaceae.
Fulvivirga kasyanovii is a Gram-negative, heterotrophic and strictly aerobic bacterium from the genus of Fulvivirga which has been isolated from seawater from a mussel farm.
Iamia majanohamensis is a Gram-positive bacterium from the genus of Iamia which has been isolated from the sea cucumber on the Aka Island in Japan.
Devosia mishustinii is a bacterium from the genus of Devosia.
Euzebya tangerina is a Gram-positive bacterium from the genus Euzebya which has been isolated from the sea cucumber Holothuria edulis from the coast of Japan.
Colwellia aestuarii is a Gram-negative and motile bacterium from the genus of Colwellia which has been isolated from tidal flat sediments from Korea.
Colwellia agarivorans is a Gram-negative and facultatively anaerobic bacterium from the genus of Colwellia which has been isolated from coastal seawater from Qingdao in China.
Colwellia aquaemaris is a Gram-negative, heterotrophic and facultatively anaerobic bacterium from the genus of Colwellia which has been isolated from the fish Cynoglossus semilaevis from a recirculating mariculture system in Tianjin in China.
Colwellia asteriadis is a Gram-negative and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus of Colwellia which has been isolated from the starfish Asterias amurensis from the Sea of Japan.

Colwellia marinimaniae is a hyperpiezophilic bacterium from the genus Colwellia which has been isolated from deep regions of the Mariana Trench. It is, so far, the most piezophilic organism yet described, with an optimal growth pressure of 120 MPa.
Colwellia maris is a psychrophilic and Gram-negative bacterium from the genus of Colwellia with a single polar flagellum which has been isolated from seawater from the Sea of Okhotsk in Japan.
Colwellia meonggei is a Gram-negative, non-spore-forming aerobic and motile bacterium from the genus of Colwellia which has been isolated from the sea squirt Halocynthia roretzi from the South sea in Korea.
Colwellia piezophila is an obligately piezophilic bacterium from the genus of Colwellia which has been isolated from sediments from the Japan Trench.
Humibacter soli is a Gram-positive, short rod-shaped and non-motile bacterium from the genus Humibacter which has been isolated from soil.
