Uganda is a presidential republic, in which the President of Uganda is both the head of state and head of government. There is a multi-party system. Executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is given to both the government and the National Assembly. The system is based on a democratic parliamentary system with equal rights for all citizens over 18 years of age.
The Cabinet of Australia is the Australian Government's council of senior ministers of the Crown, responsible to Parliament. Ministers are appointed by the Governor-General, on the advice of the Prime Minister, who serve at the former's pleasure. Cabinet meetings are strictly private and occur once a week where vital issues are discussed and policy formulated. The Second Keating Ministry (Labor) was the 60th ministry of the Government of Australia, and was led by Prime Minister Paul Keating. It succeeded the First Keating Ministry upon its swearing in by Governor-General Bill Hayden on 24 March 1993 after the 1993 election, and was replaced by the First Howard Ministry led by John Howard on 11 March 1996 following the Labor government's defeat at the 1996 election.

Elizabeth Dipuo Peters was the Minister of Transport of the Republic of South Africa from 10 July 2013 until 30 March 2017, in the Zuma administration, and former Minister of Energy from 2009-2013 having served as successor to Manne Dipico as the second Premier of the Northern Cape Province, 22 April 2004 to 10 May 2009. A member of the African National Congress (ANC), she serves on the Women's League National Executive Committee. Dipuo Peters resigned as a member of parliament for the African National Congress in April 2017.

Mmamoloko Tryphosa "Nkhensani" Kubayi-Ngubane is a South African politician who is the Minister of Tourism and a Member of the National Assembly for the African National Congress (ANC). She previously served as Minister of Science and Technology from 2018 to 2019, Minister of Communications from 2017 to 2018 and Minister of Energy in 2017.
