Coombs is a former settlement in Yuba County, California. It was located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 11 miles (18 km) north-northeast of Marysville, [2] at an elevation of 115 feet (35 m). Coombs still appeared on maps as of 1912.

The metropolitan statistical area is part of the Greater Sacramento area.
