Cupriavidus plantarum is a bacterium from the genus of Cupriavidus which has been isolated from the rhizospheres of the plants agave, maize and sorghum. [1] [3] [2] [4]
Oceanospirillaceae is a family of Pseudomonadota. Most genera in this family live in environments with high concentrations of salt; they are halotolerant or halophilic. They are marine, except Balneatrix which is found in fresh water and Venatorbacter, which is from terrestrial origin. All members are strictly aerobic, except Neptunomonas which can perform fermentation reactions.
Cupriavidus is a genus of bacteria that includes the former genus Wautersia. They are characterized as Gram-negative, motile, rod-shaped organisms with oxidative metabolism. They possess peritrichous flagella, are obligate aerobic organisms, and are chemoorganotrophic or chemolithotrophic. Resistance to metals has been described. These organisms have been found in both soil and in clinical isolates.
Cupriavidus alkaliphilus is a bacterium of the genus Cupriavidus and the family Burkholderiaceae which was isolated from the rhizosphere of agricultural plants which grow on alkaline soils in northeast Mexico.
The Lachnospiraceae are a family of obligately anaerobic, variably spore-forming bacteria in the order Eubacteriales that ferment diverse plant polysaccharides to short-chain fatty acids and alcohols (ethanol). These bacteria are among the most abundant taxa in the rumen and the human gut microbiota. Members of this family may protect against colon cancer in humans by producing butyric acid. Lachnospiraceae have been found to contribute to diabetes in genetically susceptible (ob/ob) germ-free mice.
Pseudonocardia bannensis is a bacterium from the genus of Pseudonocardia which has been isolated from roots of the plant Artemisia annua in Yunnan in China.
Pseudonocardia rhizophila is a bacterium from the genus of Pseudonocardia which has been isolated from rhizosphere soil from the plant Tripterygium wilfordii in Yunnan in China.
Pseudonocardia tetrahydrofuranoxydans is a Gram-positive, rod-shaped and non-spore-forming bacterium from the genus of Pseudonocardia which has been isolated from water from a waste water treatment plant in Germany.
Saccharopolyspora dendranthemae is a halotolerant bacterium from the genus Saccharopolyspora which has been isolated from the stem of the plant Dendranthema indicum in Nantong in China.
Dactylosporangium solaniradicis is a bacterium from the genus Dactylosporangium which has been isolated from roots of the tomato plant Solanum lycopersicum from a farm in Xiangfang, China.
Marinobacterium rhizophilum is a Gram-negative and strictly aerobic bacterium from the genus of Marinobacterium which has been isolated from sediments near the roots of the plant Suaeda japonica from Eulwangri beach in Korea.
Cellulomonas pakistanensis is a plant-growth-promoting, facultatively anaerobic, moderately halotolerant rod-shaped and motile bacterium from the genus Cellulomonas which has been isolated from paddy grains from the National Agricultural Research Centre in Pakistan.
Cupriavidus nantongensis is a Gram-negative, chlorpyrifos-degrading and aerobic bacterium from the genus of Cupriavidus which has been isolated from sludge from Nantong in China.
Cupriavidus yeoncheonensis is a Gram-negative and strictly aerobic bacterium from the genus of Cupriavidus which has been isolated from soil from a ginseng field from Yeoncheon in Korea.
Pseudogracilibacillus auburnensis is a Gram-positive, aerobic and endospore-forming bacterium from the genus of Pseudogracilibacillus which has been isolated from the rhizosphere from the corn plant from Auburn in the United States.
Flexivirga alba is a non-spore-forming bacterium from the genus of Flexivirga which has been isolated from soil near a wastewater treatment plant in Seki in Japan.
Chitinispirillum is a genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinispirillaceae with one known species. Chitinispirillum alkaliphilum has been isolated from hypersaline lake sediments from the Wadi el Natrun valley in Egypt.
Chitinivibrio is an extremely haloalkaliphilic genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinivibrionaceae with one known species. Chitinivibrio alkaliphilus has been isolated from hypersaline lake sediments from Wadi al Natrun in Egypt.
Geodermatophilus ruber is a bacterium from the genus Geodermatophilus which has been isolated from rhizospheric soil of the plant Astragalus membranaceus from Xining in China.
Rhodanobacter is a Gram-negative and non-motile genus of Pseudomonadota.
Roseibium suaedae is a Gram-negative and motile bacterium from the genus Roseibium, which has been isolated from the roots of the plant ,,Suaeda maritima, from the Namhae Island in Korea.
