Cwmcarnhywel is a village in between Llwynhendy, Pemberton, Penceilogi and Bryn in Llanelli. The village is home to a row of shops; The Avenue, Ysgol Gymraeg Brynsierfel (the area's Welsh school) and became a village after the council estate was built in the 1950s. Before that, Cwm-Carn-Hywel was the name given to a small hamlet near Pemberton. It also has its own police station which is named Llwynhendy police station as it is in the Llwynhendy electoral ward for Carmarthenshire County Council and Dyfed-Powys Police.
Pemberton is a borough in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 1,371, a decrease of 38 (−2.7%) from the 2010 census count of 1,409, which in turn reflected an increase of 199 (+16.4%) from the 1,210 counted in the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.

Llwynhendy, is a village and ward near the town of Llanelli in Carmarthenshire, Wales. The ward, which includes the village, as well as Cefncaeau, parts of Cwmcarnhywel and parts of Bryn and Penceilogi, had a population of 4,276.

Whistler Transit Ltd., a division of Pacific Western Transportation, operates the public transit service in Whistler and the Pemberton Valley area of British Columbia, Canada. Buses operate every day between 5:30 a.m. and 3 a.m. and are equipped with racks for skis or bikes, depending on the season.
North Pemberton is a disused railway station located in Pemberton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. The station was built in 1892 by John S. Rogers and added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 23, 1978. The station became inactive in 1969 when rail service between Pemberton and Camden ended. The Township of Pemberton now owns the station and operates it as the North Pemberton Railroad Station Museum, a museum of regional history and a Welcome and Information Center for both the Pinelands and the Pemberton area.
The third election to the Carmarthenshire County Council in Wales was held in May 2004. It was preceded by the 1999 election and followed by the 2008 election. As in previous elections, the Independent councillors had the largest number of seats. They resulted in a coalition between Independent and Labour Councillors for the next four years.
