DYYS (92.3 FM), broadcasting as 92.3 Easy Rock, is a radio station owned by MBC Media Group and operated by BroadReach Broadcasting Corporation. Its studio and transmitter are located at the 5th floor, Kahirup Bldg., Guanco St., Iloilo City. The station broadcasts 24/7.

History

The station was inaugurated in 1995 in Miagao as DYST, serving as a relay station of Manila-based Showbiz Tsismis. In 1999, it rebranded as Yes FM (with the call letters DYYS) and adopted a mass-based format. It transferred to Jaro Plaza. Initially having its own set of DJs, in 2002, it went to full automation. At the same time, it transferred its studios to Guanco St.

On May 14, 2009, DYYS was sold to Cebu Broadcasting Company and became 92.3 WRocK Iloilo, The Home of Lite Rock. This lasted for two months until WRocK was sold to Manila Broadcasting Company for a rebrand.

On July 1, 2009, it rebranded again to 92.3 Easy Rock. Since September 2018, it has its own set of DJs, such as Jay Perillo (formerly from Easy Rock Manila). [1]

In 2025, reviving the YES FM Iloilo brand is up with the new NTC License for 101.7 MHZ frequency. This is aside from Easy Rock brand that caters upper and middle class easy listening music. While 101.7 YES FM Iloilo will be catering middle class pop listeners with hook-ups from YES FM Manila aside from Love Radio Iloilo mass audiences target format. Its call letters will be DYYI-FM and their studio will still be in Kahirup Bldg.
