Sammi(in Punjabi سمی ) is a Pakistani television drama serial about social causes that airs on Hum TV from 28 January 2017. It is written by Noor ul Huda Shah and directed by Saife Hassan. Set in rural Rahim Yar Khan, the series centers social issues on the rural society revolving around the concept of Vanni and shows moral lessons against common issues such as gender discrimination. Depicting the Vanni concept, storyline revolves around the journey of Sammi, a young girl who was sold off by her family to the Chaudhry family where her brother had killed her fiancé. Simultaneously it revolves around reality based issues with different characters within the same plot. It was nominated for Best Drama Serial at the 6th Hum Awards.

Ameer Gilani is a Pakistani actor and singer who is best known for his portrayal of Hassan Fareed in Hum TV's Sabaat (2020), for which he received a nomination for Best Emerging Talent at the 20th Lux Style Awards.

<i>Neem</i> (TV series) Pakistani television series

Neem is a Pakistani television series directed by Shahzad Kashmiri and produced by Momina Duraid under the banner of MD Productions. It stars Mawra Hocane, Syed Jibran, Arslan Naseer and Ameer Gilani. The series is set in Lahore, New York and Kashmir. It premiered on Hum TV on 5 June 2023. The plot revolves around a dedicated university graduatee Zimal who destines to work for children's education and also copes with her personal problems, a ruthless entitled son of a tribal leader Karamat Khan, and an unemployed lower class guy Ashhad who is in one-sided love with Zimal. It concluded on 6 November 2023 after 23 epsidoes.
