Daily Planet Racing was an Australian motor racing team that competed in the Australian Touring Car Championship and V8 Supercars between 1992 and 2000.
Daily Planet Racing was formed in 1992 by Daily Planet proprietor John Trimbole. Initially competing in the Holden HQ series, a Holden VL Commodore was purchased from Garry Rogers Motorsport. For the Bathurst 1000, two cars were entered with a second VL leased from Perkins Engineering. Only the latter started, with the other heavily damaged in practice. [1]
In 1993, Trimbole raced Larry Perkins' 1992 season VL Commodore and a Mitsubishi Lancer GSR in production car racing, before purchasing Perkins' 1993 Bathurst 1000 winning VP Commodore for 1994. [2] [3] [4]
In 1995, an ex-Dick Johnson Racing Ford EB Falcon was purchased. [5] In 1997, an ex-Wayne Gardner Racing VS Commodore was acquired. [6] After this was destroyed at Bathurst when Tomas Mezera barrel rolled, a Gibson Motorsport VS was acquired in 1999. [7] This was written off in May 2000 at the Phillip Island round of the development series, bringing an end to the team.

Stone Brothers Racing (SBR) was an Australian motor racing team that competed in the International V8 Supercars Championship between 1998 and 2012. The team was formed in 1998 when Ross and Jim Stone bought Alan Jones's shares in Alan Jones Racing and renamed it Stone Brothers Racing.
Paul Morris Motorsport, also known as its business name of Nemo Racing, is an Australian motor racing team that competed in V8 Supercars between 2000 and 2012. The team also won the 1997 AMP Bathurst 1000 and four Australian Super Touring Championships. The team is based at the Norwell Motorplex in Norwell, Queensland and currently competes in the Super3 Series.
WPS Racing was an Australian motor racing team that competed in Australian V8 Supercar racing between 2004 and 2007. It was owned by Queensland businessman Craig Gore and sponsored by his Wright Patton Shakespeare company.
Britek Motorsport was an Australian Supercars motor racing team owned by Bathurst 1000 winning driver Jason Bright. Established in 2005, the team originally ran as an independent team, however since 2010, its only remaining asset has been one Racing Entitlement Contract, which was most recently used to enter a fourth Ford FG X Falcon for Prodrive Racing Australia in 2017, officially under the Britek name, then leased out for a further two seasons. This was sold ahead of the 2020 season.

Gibson Motorsport was an Australian motor racing team that competed in the Australian Touring Car Championship from 1981 until 2003, though the team had its roots in Gibson's "Road & Track" team which ran a series of Ford Falcon GTHOs in Series Production during the late 1960s and early 1970s. The name of the team was also the name of Fred Gibson's automotive business in Sydney. As Gibson was also a driver for the Ford Works Team, his team was sometimes a pseudo-works team when the Ford factory did not enter.

The team was initially a collaboration between Tony Longhurst and Frank Gardner, with Terry Morris later joining as a shareholder, with their three names combining to create the LoGaMo name. The team is best known for winning the 1988 Bathurst 1000 with Longhurst and Tomas Mezera.
