Dalas Santavy is a Canadian weightlifter Head coach for the 2020 Canadian Tokyo Olympic Team . He represented Canada at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia in the weightlifting competitions. [1] He also competed at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. [2] Santavy retained the Canadian Senior Weightlifting Championship title for the fifth time on June 3, 2012 at the Canadian Senior Championship in La Prairie, Quebec. His total lift at the championship was 168 kg. [3]

Ben Turner (weightlifter) Australian weightlifter

Ben Turner is an Australian weightlifter best known for his performances at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, where he won the Gold Medal in the 69 kg category, and the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi, India, where he won Silver in the 77 kg category. Turner is also a coach and has worked with former top Australian female lifter Erika Yamasaki.

Erika Yamasaki is an Australian weightlifter. The daughter of Minoru Yamasaki and Ann Alvisio, she started Weightlifting in 2000, when she was tested in a talent identification program, along with her brother John Yamasaki. Erika first started to represent Australia in 2003 at the Oceania Championships, Niue Island. She has now competed at several international events, including Oceania Championships, World Championships, World Cup, Commonwealth Championships, Pacific and Commonwealth Games.

Christine Girard is a Canadian weightlifter from White Rock, British Columbia. She competes in the 63 kg division. Girard was the first Canadian female to win a medal in weightlifting when she won gold at the 2012 London Olympics.
