Daniel Joseph Harris (born 31 December 1979 [1] ) is an Australian former cricketer who played for South Australia,Adelaide Strikers,Melbourne Renegades and the Deccan Chargers.
Harris retired from professional cricket in 2014 to become a full-time doctor.
He is a regular player for South Australia in all 3 forms of the game and played a pivotal role in helping the Redbacks win the 2010–11 KFC Twenty20 Big Bash. His outstanding season was rewarded by being named the Australian Cricketers Association's Twenty20 Player of the Year. [2]
Harris was picked up by Deccan Chargers to play in Indian Premier League during the 2012 IPL player auction. [3]
He also signed with the Melbourne Renegades for the second season of the Big Bash League in 2012.
David John Hussey is an Australian cricket coach and former cricketer. Hussey is a right-handed batter and can also bowl right-arm off breaks. He is the younger brother of former Australian cricketer Michael Hussey. He was captain of the Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash League.
Aaron James Finch is an Australian cricket commentator and former international cricketer who served as the captain of the Australian cricket team in ODI and T20I cricket. Finch currently holds the record for two of the three highest individual scores in Twenty20 Internationals (T20I),his score of 172 against Zimbabwe in July 2018 beating his previous record of 156 against England in 2013. Ben Rohrer is an Australian former cricketer who played for the New South Wales in Australian domestic cricket from 2007 to 2016 and various Twenty20 teams in the Big Bash League. Rohrer had a breakout season in the 2012–13 Big Bash League season,which resulted in his selection for the Australian national cricket team in a Twenty20 International and a contract with the Delhi Daredevils in the 2013 Indian Premier League. Rohrer retired from cricket in 2018 and took up a coaching role with Tasmania.

The Big Bash League is an Australian men's professional club Twenty20 cricket league,which was established in 2011 by Cricket Australia. The Big Bash League replaced the previous competition,the KFC Twenty20 Big Bash,and features eight city-based franchises instead of the six state teams which had participated previously. Melbourne Renegades are an Australian professional men's Twenty20 franchise cricket club based in Melbourne,the capital city of the Australian state of Victoria. They compete in the Australian Twenty20 cricket competition,the Big Bash League. As of the 2023-2024 season,the team is coached by Cameron White and captained by Nic Maddinson.
The Brisbane Heat are an Australian professional franchise men's and women's cricket team,competing in Australia's domestic Twenty20 cricket competition,the Big Bash League (BBL). The fourth edition ran from 18 December 2014 to 28 January 2015. The league ran two weeks longer as compared to the previous season. The opening match of the 2014–15 Big Bash League was played between Adelaide Strikers and Melbourne Stars on 18 December at the Adelaide Oval. The format of fourth season is same as previous season.
