Danny Sidak is a Bangladeshi film actor and director. [1] [2] [3] He played the role of Superman in the Bangladeshi adaptation of the 1978 film of the same name. [4]
Known for acting in wide range of characters such as a negative character, supporting actor, a lead actor, or a supporting negative character, he has established himself as one of the most recognizable all rounders in Dhallywood. His ability to perform in either dangerous tasks such as fighting with dangerous animals, or often show massive karate skills with his black belt have placed him as a notable star in this regards. His characters in films are often as a criminal who attacks innocent people to make fortune, a wicked man who is allied with the most notorious antagonist and helps him in everyway, a brave man who stands up to criminals in village and deserted areas often with dangerous animals, or supporting character who helps the main protagonist.

Sidak started his acting career in 1984, in the Shahidul Islam Khokan-directed movie Loraku. [6] [7] He is the vice president of the Bangladesh Awami League-backed cultural organisation, Bongabondhu Sangskritik Jote. [8] [9] He worked with Arifin Shuvo and Mahiya Mahi in the 2014 movie Agnee . [10] [11] In 2015, he acted in the Delwar Jahan Jhantu film Epar Opar with stars Bappy Chowdhury and Achol and in 2016 he acted in Iftakar Chowdhury's film One Way, starring Bappy Chowdhury, and Bobby.
