The Danny Thiel Track was an outdoor track and field facility that was part of the George G. Westfeldt Practice and Competition Complex located on the campus of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. [1] [2] The track hosted home meets and was the practice facility for the Tulane Green Wave men's and women's track and field teams. [1] [3] The stadium had a seating capacity of 1,200. [4]
The track, which had a fully lit grandstand, hosted events and a number of track meets featuring teams from around the Gulf South. [1] [3] [5] The adjacent Barney Mintz Auxiliary Field was also used for track and field events. In 2001, a new track was installed. [1] The track and majority of the Westfeldt Practice and Competition Complex was demolished to build Yulman Stadium. [6]
Tulane Stadium was an outdoor football stadium that stood in New Orleans from 1926 to 1980. It was officially the Third Tulane Stadium and replaced the "Second Tulane Stadium", which was located where the Telephone Exchange Building is now. The former site is currently bound by Willow Street to the south, Ben Weiner Drive to the east, the Tulane University property line west of McAlister Place, and the Hertz Basketball/Volleyball Practice Facility and the Green Wave's current home, Yulman Stadium, to the north. Veterans Memorial Stadium is a stadium in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The original Veterans Memorial Stadium facility was built in 1948. It was demolished in 2008 and a new structure opened in 2009. It currently has a capacity of 30,000 spectators, with 4,500 premium seats in two fan clubs - the Westfeldt Terrace and the Jill H. and Avram A. Glazer Family Club. The stadium's first game and grand opening was the 2014 season's home opener against its former Southern and Southeastern Conference foe Georgia Tech on September 6, 2014.

The Green Wave were coached by Greg Davis (1990–91), Buddy Teevens (1992–96), Tommy Bowden (1997–98), and Chris Scelfo (1999). They compete in home games in Yulman Stadium in Uptown New Orleans. During this decade the Green Wave were able to win a single bowl game in 1998 in the Liberty Bowl versus BYU, while also being conference champions in 1998. The Green Wave experienced their only two winning seasons of the decade in 1997–98 under coach Tommy Bowden, remaining undefeated in 1998.
Athletic Park was a sports stadium in New Orleans, Louisiana which opened in 1901. The ballpark was located on the south side of Tulane Avenue between South Carrollton Avenue and South Pierce Street. When the Pelicans moved a few blocks up the street to Pelican Park, this site was replaced by an amusement park called White City. The Pelicans would move back to this lot a few years later and build a new facility called Heinemann Park.

The 2018–19 Tulane Green Wave men's basketball team represented Tulane University during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Green Wave, led by third-year head coach Mike Dunleavy Sr., played their home games at Devlin Fieldhouse in New Orleans, Louisiana as fifth-year members of the American Athletic Conference. They finished the season 4–27, 0–18 in AAC play to finish in 12th place. They lost in the first round of the AAC Tournament to Memphis.
