Dashdendev Makhashiri (born 13 January 1969) is a retired Mongolian athlete who specialised in the discus throw. [1] He represented his country at the 1996 Summer Olympics, as well as three consecutive World Championships starting in 1993.

The Men's Discus Throw event at the 2009 World Championships in Athletics was held at the Olympic Stadium on August 18 and August 19.
