Dechloromonas denitrificans is a gram negative, N2O-producing motile bacterium with a polar flagellum from the genus of Dechloromonas which was isolated from the earthworm Aporrectodea caliginosa. [3] [4] [5] Colonies of Dechloromonas denitrificans are yellowish colored. [6]
Halomonadaceae is a family of halophilic Pseudomonadota.
Campylobacterota are a phylum of bacteria. All species of this phylum are Gram-negative.
Alteromonas is a genus of Pseudomonadota found in sea water, either in the open ocean or in the coast. It is Gram-negative. Its cells are curved rods with a single polar flagellum.
Actinoalloteichus is a genus in the phylum Actinomycetota (Bacteria).
Actinocatenispora is a genus in the phylum Actinomycetota (Bacteria).

Dechloromonas is a genus in the phylum Pseudomonadota (Bacteria).
Agromyces is a genus in the phylum Actinomycetota (Bacteria).
Nisaea is a genus in the phylum Pseudomonadota (Bacteria), which contains two species, namely N. denitrificans and N. nitritireducens, which were described in 2008.
Undibacterium is a genus of Gram-negative, oxidase- and catalase-positive Betaproteobacteria in the Oxalobacteraceae family. Undibacterium bacteria occurs in drinking water.
Kerstersia gyiorum is a Gram-negative, catalase-positive, oxidase-negative, bacterium of the genus Kerstersia, isolated from various human clinical samples.
Dechloromonas hortensis is a gram negative, facultatively anaerobic, (per)chlorate-reducing, motile bacterium from the genus of Dechloromonas.
Sterolibacterium denitrificans is a gram-negative, rod-shaped motile bacterium with a single polar flagellum from the genus of Rhodocyclus.
Flavobacterium denitrificans is a species of N2O-producing facultative aerobic bacteria first isolated from the gut of the earthworm Aporrectodea caliginosa. It is a Gram-negative, motile rod with type strain ED5T (=DSM 15936T =ATCC BAA-842T).
