Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is an Indian public sector steel manufacturing corporation based in New Delhi. It is the largest government-owned steel producer, with an annual production of 18.29 million metric tons. Incorporated on 24 January 1973, SAIL has 54,431 employees and is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.

Rairangpur is a city and a tehsil in the Mayurbhanj district situated on the banks of the river Khadkhai in the state of Odisha, India. Mahadeva Iyer Ganapati (1903–1976) was an Indian engineer who was well known for his accomplishments in national projects. Chitra Sarwara is an Indian politician. She is a former state vice president of Aam Aadmi Party Haryana. She joined Indian National Congress in January 2024. She is a daughter of Nirmal Singh Mohra.
