Desmond Amsterdam is a Guyanese boxer. [1] [2] [3] [4] He competed at the 2022 South American Games in the boxing competition, winning the bronze medal in the men's light heavyweight event. He previously competed at the 2021 AIBA World Boxing Championships in the middleweight event and at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in the men's middleweight event, winning no medal in either. Devendro Singh Laishram, also known as Devendro Singh or Devendro Laishram, is an Indian boxer from Imphal West district, Manipur who competes in the light-flyweight division. Devendro represented India at the 2012 Summer Olympics and lost out in the quarter-finals in a tough bout against the eventual bronze medalist Irish boxer Paddy Barnes. Devendro qualified for the Olympics after reaching the quarter-finals of the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Baku. In 2013 Devendro won the silver medal at the Asian Confederation Boxing Championship. In August 2014 he won the silver medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. He competed against Paddy Barnes, who was representing Northern Ireland and settled for a Silver medal.

Lauren Louise Price is a Welsh professional boxer, former amateur boxer and former kickboxer and footballer. She has held the WBA, IBO, and Ring female welterweight World titles since 11 May 2024. She was the first-ever female British professional boxing champion having won the welterweight title on 6 May 2023 and holding it until vacating the belt when she became World champion. While representing Wales in the amateur sport she won a bronze medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, becoming the first Welsh woman to win a Commonwealth Games boxing medal. Four years later she surpassed this achievement by winning gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, followed by a gold at the 2019 World Championships. While representing Great Britain, she won gold medals at the 2019 European Games and 2020 Summer Olympics.

Ting Chen also known as Kyle Chen, is an amateur boxer residing from New Zealand. Chen has competed in New Zealand, Taiwan, Australia, Junior World Championship in Russia and Commonwealth Youth Games in Bahamas. Chen's most notable title is winning a bronze medal at the 2017 Commonwealth Youth Games.

Patrick Pakuliki Mailata is a Samoan born, New Zealand raised professional boxer. As an amateur, he won three New Zealand national elite championships from 2012 to 2014 and a bronze medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Carl Crawford was a Guyanese light-heavyweight boxer, who represented his country at the 1960 Summer Olympics. He was in fact the first boxer to compete for Guyana in the Olympics. There he was eliminated in the first round of the men's light-heavyweight division by Zbigniew Pietrzykowski of Poland, he then became sparring partner for Muhammad Ali.

Tammara Thibeault is a Canadian boxer competing in the Middleweight category. Thibeault won the 2022 World Championship in Istanbul after earlier winning the middleweight bronze in 2019. She is the reigning Commonwealth Games champion when she won gold in Birmingham in 2022, improving on her bronze medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Thibeault is also the current Pan American Games champion when she won gold at the 2023 Pan Am Games, again improving on her bronze from the 2019 Pan American Games.

Reese Lynch is a Scottish boxer. He competed at the 2021 AIBA World Boxing Championships, winning the bronze medal in the light welterweight division, and becoming the first Scottish boxer to win a medal at a senior World Championships.

Matthew McHale is a Scottish boxer. He competed at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in the boxing competition, being awarded the bronze medal in the men's bantamweight event. He had previously competed at the 2021 AIBA World Boxing Championships in the bantamweight event, but without winning a medal.

Guyana is scheduled to compete at the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile from October 20 to November 5, 2023. This will be Guyana's 17th appearance at the Pan American Games, having competed at every edition of the games since the third edition in 1959.
