Dipankar Talukdar is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and a former state minister of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs. [1] [2] He is a former member of Jatiya Sangsad representing Rangamati. [3] He is a member Bangladesh Awami League Central executive committee and President of Bangladesh Awami League Rangamati hill district.
