Dipankar Talukdar (born 12 December 1952) is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and a former state minister of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs. [1] [2] He is a former member of Jatiya Sangsad representing Rangamati. [3] He is a member Bangladesh Awami League Central executive committee and President of Bangladesh Awami League Rangamati hill district.
Talukdar was born on 12 December 1952. [4]
Talukdar was elected to parliament from Rangamati as a Bangladesh Awami League candidate. [5]
Following the fall of the Sheikh Hasina led Awami League government,Talukdar was arrested from Dhaka in February 2025 by the Detective Branch. [6]
