Irinjalakuda is a municipal town in Thrissur district, Kerala, India. It is the headquarters of Irinjalakuda Revenue Division and Mukundapuram Taluk. After Thrissur, this town has most number of administrative, law-enforcement and judicial offices in the district. The place is well-known for Koodalmanikyam Temple and the Thachudaya Kaimals who had princely status until 1971. The earliest recorded history of this temples dates back to the ninth century of Common Era (CE).
Innocent Vareed Thekkethala, known mononymously as Innocent, was an Indian actor, film producer, writer and politician. He predominantly worked in Malayalam films in addition to few Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and English films, mostly in comedic roles. In a career spanning more than five decades, he acted in more than 700 films and is considered one of the best comedians in Malayalam cinema. Don Bosco Senior Secondary School is a well-known co-ed school located in the Vaduthala locality of Kochi, Kerala, India. It was established in 1985 as The English Medium School with the aim of providing English medium education to the students of the locality. The school was initially recognized by the Kerala Government syllabus but lost its recognition in 1987 along with other schools.
