Duncan Brannan is an American voice actor, who has provided voices for numerous mainstream children's entertainment characters, English-language dubs of Japanese anime, and other commercial properties. He is mainly known for being the voice of Chuck E. Cheese from 1993-2012.
Brannan was the voice of Chuck E. Cheese in restaurant chains across the U.S., as well as his English and Spanish voice in national commercials seen on PBS, Nickelodeon, and other places from January 1994 to April 2012. [1] [2] [3] [4] He was replaced by musician and singer Jaret Reddick when Chuck E. Cheese’s revamped their image. [1] [5] [3] Brannan is also known for his work on the children's TV series Barney & Friends from 1997 to 2002, providing Barney's character and singing voice for home video releases, his singing voice for the PBS series following Bob West’s (who's also done voices of Chuck E Cheese characters) departure, fill-in and replacement, as well as Barney’s voice for numerous public relations spots on radio and television and merchandise from plush toys to games, compact discs, and more. Ironically, Chuck E. Cheese was a sponsor to Barney & Friends at the time as well as other PBS programs such as Arthur and Clifford the Big Red Dog .
Brannan has also voiced commercials and industrials for secular and religious markets. Some of his most notable credits are: Taco Bueno, Martha Stewart, Just Brakes, The Department of Defence, Brinker's International (for Chili's, Maggiano's, On the Border, and Romano's Macaroni Grill), Methodist Health Systems, Leslie's Pool Supplies, Cambien Voyager, New Horizons, Stop Her Now, K Havnanian Homes, First United Bank, Campus Crusade for Christ, Chuck Swindoll, Lone Star College System, Parkland Health and Hospital Systems, JPI Realtors, Eddie Eagle & the Wing Team, Okratron 5000, and Funimation, Inc.

Chuck E. Cheese is an American entertainment restaurant chain founded on May 17, 1977 by Atari, Inc.'s co-founder Nolan Bushnell. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, each location features arcade games, amusement rides and musical shows in addition to serving pizza and other food items; former mainstays included ball pits, crawl tubes, and animatronic shows. The chain's name is taken from its main character and mascot, Chuck E. Cheese. The first location opened as Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre in San Jose, California. It was the first family restaurant to integrate food with arcade games and animated entertainment, thus being one of the pioneers for the "family entertainment center" concept.
Barney & Friends is an American children's television series targeted at children aged two to five, created by Sheryl Leach. The series first aired on PBS on April 6, 1992, and features Barney, a purple anthropomorphic Tyrannosaurus rex who conveys educational messages through songs and small dance routines with a friendly, huggable and optimistic attitude. The series ended on November 2, 2010, although new videos were still released on various dates after the last episode aired. Reruns aired on Sprout from 2005 to 2015, and from December 17, 2018 to January 25, 2020 on Sprout's successor network, Universal Kids. On October 6, 2015, the series was initially renewed for revival with a new season to premiere in 2017, but that never came to fruition. A CGI-animated series will air on Cartoon Network's Cartoonito and stream on Max.
Harvey Forbes Fierstein is an American actor, playwright, and screenwriter, known for his distinctive gravelly voice. Chuck E. Cheese in the Galaxy 5000 is a 1999 direct-to-video film that was based upon Chuck E. Cheese's. It was released on October 5, 1999 in CEC restaurants and also sold at Toys "R" Us. The plot is that a boy named Charlie Rockit needs $50,000 to fix his aunt and uncle's tractor engine, so Chuck E. Cheese and his friends go to the Galaxy 5000 to win it in a race. The distribution company, FUNimation Entertainment, would go on nearly three decades later to become Crunchyroll, one of the biggest anime streaming services.

He was most known for being the president of the New York branch of SAG-AFTRA, voicing the police chief in Top Cat, song work in SchoolHouse Rock!, and his role as a sales pitcher of Ty-D-Bol products who is dubbed “Ty-D-Bol Man”.
