Dunja Knebl (born 1946, Zagreb) is an acoustic folk and ethno music singer/performer and translator from Croatia.

Knebl was born in Zagreb, SFR Yugoslavia and lived in Skopje, Belgrade, Karlovac, but has also lived in Washington, Moscow and Jakarta. After completing her studies of English and Russian she spent most of her life working as a translator and language teacher, in her free time she sang folk songs to her friends.

She began performing professionally in 1993, and released her first solo album in 1994, an MC with 12 songs collected by Florijan Andrašec, one of the people she mentions as having a great influence on her music. [2]

In 1997 she was nominated for the music award Porin, the Croatian equivalent of a Grammy, in the Best singer category. As of 2010 she released eleven albums and appeared on five other compilations.

The majority of the songs she sings are from Croatia (especially from the region Međimurje), but also from the USA, Macedonia and Russia. She is quoted as saying that her greatest achievement is the inclusion of her album Iz globline srca in the London-based A Rough Guide to World Music where she is recommended as an introduction to ethno-music from Croatia. Additionally, she translated several Croatian cook-books into English, and the biographical monodrama Why I became a singer at the age of 47 or the fear of cloning was performed by the singer over two dozen times since 1997. [4]

Knebl is most noted for her crystal-clear voice and very simple music arrangements, often only with improvised instruments or even without any. The songs she sings are slow, mellow and often sad and melancholic. Most of all she likes to record songs she has never heard. [3]

Recent collaboration with Roko Margeta for 'Svilarica Svilu Prede' with songs from Slavonia was featured on Transglobal World Music Chart for January 2021. [5]

Album Songbook Songs was in top 20 of Balkan World Music Chart 2021, and reviewed by Marija Vitas of World Music Association of Serbia as: '... impressive album, with each song approached differently, with a lot of care and sense for detail. In the same time, the whole concept is crystal clear, and exceptionally coherent as a whole.' [6] [7]

The tour was also announced to visit other major cities in other Balkan countries, such as Split, Belgrade, Skopje, Sarajevo and Ljubljana. Preparation for the tour started in 2022 and Rozga announced it as the biggest production undertaking of her career. Žiga Sotlar served as the show's choreographer and the fashion duo eNVy room served as the main fashion designer for the singer's looks.

"'Ne Pijem, Ne Pušim" is a song by Croatian pop singer Jelena Rozga from her third studio album Moderna Žena (2016). It was written by Croatian lyricist and songwriter Vjekoslava Huljić and produced by Tonči Huljić and Dušan Vasić. It was released as the album's fourth single through Croatia Records on 11 April 2017. Commercially, the song achieved success in Croatia, peaking at number ten on the HR Top 40 singles chart. Musically, "Ne Pijem, Ne Pušim" is an uptempo, joyous love song that was compared to songs from Rozga's work during her time in the group Magazin and to Huljić's own work with the band Madre Badessa. Lyrically, the song describes how the protagonist does not drink, smoke nor curse and that her only sin is love.

Minut Srca Mog is the first acoustic and third overall compilation album by Croatian pop singer Jelena Rozga. It was released on 14 November 2022 through Croatia Records and Tonika Records. The album consists of acoustic reworks of 19 of the singer's songs recorded during the period when she was the lead singer of the pop band Magazin and during her solo career. As with her previous releases, most songs were arranged and written by Tonči Huljić and Vjekoslava Huljić. On Minut Srca Mog, Srđan "Skansi" Sekulović served as the main producer.

"Samo se ljubit' isplati" is a song by Croatian pop singer Jelena Rozga. The song was written by Vjekoslava Huljić and produced by Tonči Huljić. Rozga presented the song on Croatian radio channel Radio Dalmacija on 3 November 2022. "Samo se ljubit' isplati" was released as a single on 11 November 2022. "Samo se ljubit' isplati" is a warm uptempo song which is reminiscent of the singer's sound during her years with the group Magazin. Upon its release, it received positive comments from the singer's fanbase. "Moderna Žena" is a song by Croatian pop singer Jelena Rozga from her eponymous third studio album (2016). It was released as the album's second single on 16 December 2016. The song was written by Vjekoslava Huljić and produced by Tonči Huljić. The inspiration behind the song was a real-life case of a woman's experience with a lover which Tonči Huljić read in a magazine and recounted it to his wife. Lyrically, "Moderna Žena" was described as a female anthem and was dedicated to strong women living in the modern world.

Anastasija Gudelj, professionally known simply as Anastasija, is a Serbian singer and model. She is the daughter of Ceca and Arkan. Anastasija pursued her music career with the release of her debut single "Savršen par" in July 2018.
