EA Sports FC Online (formerly FIFA Online) is a series of online sports games developed by Electronic Arts (EA) based on FIFA series of games. It is released with a free-to-play model with a focus on the Asian video game market. The first entry in the series was released in May 2006.

EA Sports FIFA Online (2006)

EA Sports FIFA Online, developed as a partnership between EA and Neowiz, was released in an open beta on May 25, 2006. [1] By June, the game had 100,000 concurrent players. [2]

EA Sports FIFA Online 2

EA Sports FIFA Online 2, developed by EA and Neowiz, was released in Asia on October 1, 2007. [3] VTC Game published the game in Vietnam in 2008.

FIFA Online (2010)

A Western version of FIFA Online 2, titled FIFA Online, was developed by EA's EA Singapore and EA Canada studios.[ citation needed ]

FIFA Online 3

A partnership between EA and NEXON for a third FIFA Online game in South Korea was announced in July 2012, with the game set to be released by NEXON later that year. [4] Tencent published the game in China in 2013, and Garena published the game in Southest Asia in the same year. [5]

FIFA Online 3 M

A mobile version of the game was released for iOS and Android on May 29, 2014.

EA Sports FC Online (formerly FIFA Online 4)

FIFA Online 4 entered its open beta phase on May 17, 2018, and was released on May 17, 2018. [6] On September 22, 2023, the game was changed as EA Sports FC Online, following the split between EA and FIFA.

FC Online M (formerly FIFA Online 4 M)

A sequel to the 2014 mobile version was released in July 2018.

The game was originally released in South Korea as Dungeon & Fighter, then in Japan as Arad Senki, and then published in China by Tencent. DJMax Mobile is a version of the DJMax rhythm action game specifically developed for mobile phones. As of 2011, two separate titles exists of the game from separate developers who licensed the DJMax brand from the Pentavision. These mobile games were available only in Korea. DJMax Mobile has two different gameplay styles. First mode is similar to DJMax Portable series where you press physical buttons at a specific time. However, if your mobile phone has a touch-screen capability you can also play the game in year 2009 version using mode, which is similar to DJMax Technika where you do very specific touch gestures to control the game. DJMax Mobile games are not considered as a part of the main game series because they weren't developed by Pentavision and quality of these games is average even when compared to other similar mobile games. Both of these games are discontinued. The spiritual successor for the DJMax Mobile series is called Tap Sonic.

FIFA Online 3 was a free-to-play massively multiplayer online football game which was announced on 13 August 2012 and entered the 1st closed beta on 20 September 2012 to 23 September of that same year in South Korea. On December 18, 2012, it was released in South Korea.

Bless Online was a massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Neowiz Games. The release date was May 28, 2018, for Founder's Pack purchasers and May 30 for Early Access on Steam. Bless Online uses a free-to-play business model.

<i>MapleStory 2</i> 2015 video game

MapleStory 2 is a 2015 massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by NSquare in association with Nexon and NCSoft. MapleStory 2 was released free-to-play first in Korea. The game takes many of the features of the original game, MapleStory, and applies them to a 3D voxel-based environment. Most enemies, NPCs, and locations made a return in this sequel, although with several changes.

<i>EA Sports FC Mobile</i> 2016 video game

EA Sports FC Mobile is an association football simulation video game developed by EA Mobile and EA Canada and published by EA Sports for global version, Tencent Games for Chinese version and Nexon for Japanese and Korean versions for iOS and Android. It was released on 11 October 2016 as a replacement to the FIFA Ultimate Team mobile games, for iOS and Android. Microsoft Windows was also included until 2017. Titanfall Online was a cancelled free online first person shooter developed by Nexon based on the Titanfall series. The game was created to target the Asian market similar to other "Online" version of games like Call of Duty Online and Battlefield Online. The game had a beta launch in South Korea in 2016 with plans to expand to China and other countries. The game was cancelled and servers shutdown in 2018.

Arena of Valor, formerly Strike of Kings, is an international adaptation of Honor of Kings, a multiplayer online battle arena developed by TiMi Studio Group and published by Level Infinite for Android, iOS and Nintendo Switch for markets outside Mainland China. As of September 2018, the game has grossed over $140 million outside China. Arena of Valor was one of the esports titles featured at the 2018 Asian Games, 2019 Southeast Asian Games, 2021 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, and 2021 SEA Games as part of the competitive sport. Arena of Valor was published in other regions by Garena, DeNA, Actoz SG, and TiMi Studio Group.

Titanfall is a media franchise that mainly features first-person shooter games. The series was created by Respawn Entertainment and debuted on Xbox and Microsoft Windows; it has expanded to other consoles and platforms.

Dungeon & Fighter, sometimes abbreviated to DNF, is a series of video games created by Neople, a subsidiary of Nexon. While early games were only developed and published by Neople, Nexon began to publish other entries in the series as well as outsource the development to other companies.
