TheEastmoreland is an early-twentieth century, tree-filled neighborhood in inner southeast Portland, Oregon, United States. The neighborhood is bounded on the north by SE Woodstock Boulevard. The western boundary is a combination of SE McLoughlin Boulevard, SE Reedway Street, and SE 26th Avenue. The Johnson Creek serves as most of the neighborhood's southern boundary which meets its eastern boundary in between SE Tenino Street and SE Crystal Springs Boulevard., SE César E. Chávez Boulevard. Its northern border winds around Reed College and continues on SE Steele Street until meeting its western boundary. The Reed College campus is located on the opposite side of SE Woodstock, in northern Eastmoreland.
Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) is a public university in Oregon with a main campus, including two hospitals, in Portland, Oregon. The institution was founded in 1887 as the University of Oregon Medical Department and later became the University of Oregon Medical School. In 1974, the campus became an independent, self-governed institution called the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center, combining state dentistry, medicine, nursing, and public health programs into a single center. It was renamed Oregon Health Sciences University in 1981 and took its current name in 2001, as part of a merger with the Oregon Graduate Institute (OGI), in Hillsboro. The university has several partnership programs including a joint PharmD Pharmacy program with Oregon State University in Corvallis.
Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden is a botanical garden located between Reed College and the Eastmoreland Golf Course in southeastern Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon.
Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU) is a private university with its main campus in Pomona, California, and an additional medical school in Lebanon, Oregon. Woodland Park Hospital was a medical facility in Portland, Oregon, United States. Opened in 1962, the for profit hospital was known for its cosmetic surgery. Towards the end of its run the facility received national scrutiny over the handling of patients when the hospital was forced to call 911 for a medical emergency, and the hospital then closed in 2006.
Legacy Emanuel Medical Center is a hospital located in the Eliot neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, United States. Founded in 1912, it is one of only two Level I trauma centers in the state of Oregon, and home to the only burn center between Seattle and Sacramento. The hospital is also home to the Life Flight Network (MEDEVAC), the first of its kind instituted on the U.S. West Coast. The 554-bed facility provides a full range of services, including conventional surgery, heart treatment, critical care, neurology/stroke care/brain surgery, and care for high-risk pregnancies. Legacy Emanuel also houses the Randall Children's Hospital.

Founded in 1955, the company operates many of its 1,000 plus clinics inside PetSmart stores. Banfield is the largest privately owned veterinary practice in the United States. On April 2, 2014, Banfield Pet Hospital announced its headquarters would be relocating to Vancouver, Washington, from nearby Portland, Oregon.
Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center is a not-for-profit acute care hospital operated by Providence Health & Services in Oregon City, Oregon, United States. Established in 1954 as Doctors' Hospital, the hospital moved to its current location in 1961 and has 143 licensed beds at its 243,000-square-foot (22,600 m2) facility. Willamette Falls also operates several medical offices and clinics outside of Oregon City in other parts of Clackamas County. Previously known as Willamette Falls Hospital, the hospital merged with Providence in 2009.
Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center is a not-for-profit, general care hospital in the Sunnyside area of Clackamas County in the U.S. state of Oregon. Opened in 1975, the Kaiser Permanente owned facility is licensed for 233 hospital beds. Located in the Portland metropolitan area along Interstate 205 on the eastside, after Bess Kaiser Hospital in north Portland closed, it was Kaiser's only hospital in the Portland area until Westside Medical Center opened in 2013. The hospital includes Clackamas County's only heart surgery facility.

The College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, Northwest is a non-profit, private, medical school for osteopathic medicine located in Lebanon, in the U.S. state of Oregon. Opened in 2011, the school is a branch campus of Western University of Health Sciences' College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, and is operated in partnership with Samaritan Health Services. Graduates of the college receive the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. The university plans to eventually open additional colleges at the Lebanon campus.

The college opened in 1977 as the only osteopathic medical school west of the Rocky Mountains. Founded in 2001 as Kryptiq Corporation, the company specializes in electronic medical records and secure communications between physicians and patients. The 125-employee company was purchased by Surescripts in 2012, which was a previous investor in the company. Annual revenues at the time of the sale were approximately $25 million. In January 2015, the company announced that it was splitting from Surescripts and becoming independent again.
Veterans Affairs Medical Center is a 160-bed, acute care medical facility in Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon. Opened in 1929, it is located on Marquam Hill adjacent to Oregon Health & Sciences University, and is connected to Oregon Health & Science University Hospital via a skybridge. The original hospital was replaced in the 1980s and had a capacity of up-to 478 beds.
Providence Milwaukie Hospital is a 77-bed acute care hospital in Milwaukie, Oregon, US. Located in the Portland metropolitan area, it is owned by Providence Health & Services. Opened in 1968, it was originally Dwyer Memorial Hospital, a private hospital, before becoming a community hospital a few years after opening.
Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center is a hospital in Gresham in the U.S. state of Oregon. Established in 1959, the 115-bed facility in the Portland metropolitan area is owned by the nonprofit Legacy Health. Originally a for-profit hospital, it moved to its current campus in 1984.
Southeast Bybee Boulevard is a light rail station in Portland, Oregon, United States, that is served by TriMet as part of the MAX Light Rail system. Situated between the Southeast Tacoma/Johnson Creek and Southeast 17th Avenue and Holgate Boulevard stations, it is the 14th southbound station on the Orange Line. The station's entrances are located on the Bybee Bridge, which spans over Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard and Union Pacific Railroad freight tracks and connects Portland's Sellwood-Moreland and Eastmoreland neighborhoods. They lead to a lower level island platform adjoining Eastmoreland Golf Course and Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden to the east and Westmoreland's park of the same name to the west. The station was built as part of the Portland–Milwaukie Light Rail Project, which extended MAX from downtown Portland to Milwaukie. Construction commenced in July 2013 and it opened on September 12, 2015. The station provides a connection to nearby Reed College via TriMet's 19–Woodstock/Glisan bus line.
