Jessica Elisabeth Angelique Folcker, known professionally as Jessica, is a Swedish singer. Her debut album Jessica in 1998 used her mononym, whereas follow up album Dino credited Jessica Folker. Her following albums På svenska in 2005 and Skin Close in 2007 have used her full name Jessica Folcker. She is best known for her two international hits "Tell Me What You Like" and "How Will I Know " both in 1998 and for "(Crack It) Something Going On" that featured her vocals and was a big hit for Bomfunk MC's in 2002.
"Open Sesame" is a song by Swedish Eurodance artist Leila K, released in October 1992 by Coma label as the lead single from the artist's second album, Carousel (1993). Co-written and co-produced by Denniz PoP, the song was a huge success in many European countries in 1993. It reached number-one in Belgium and peaked within the top 10 in at least nine other countries. Its music video was directed by Matt Broadley. In 1999, the song was released in a new remix as "Open Sesame '99". Dutch singer Daisy Dee released a cover in 2000, which reached number 78 in Germany.
"Only With You" is a song recorded by German musician known under the pseudonym of Captain Hollywood Project. It was released in December 1992 as the second single from his debut album, Love Is Not Sex (1993). The single features vocals by German singer Nina Gerhard and was successful on the charts, peaking within the top 10 in at least 12 countries, and reaching number two in both Finland and Portugal. It was released at the end of 1992 and several remixes were also added on a new CD maxi two months after.
"Flying High" is a song by German musician known under the pseudonym of Captain Hollywood Project, released in November 1994 as the first single from his second album, Animals or Human (1995). A fast and strong Eurodance song, it achieved moderate success in several countries. A second CD maxi composed of two new remixes was launched in February 1995. Its music video was directed by Rainer Thieding. Ten years later, in 2005, a new remix of "Flying High" was released, reaching the Top 20 on European club charts.

"Hello Afrika" is a 1990 song recorded by Sweden-based musician and producer Dr Alban. It was released as the debut single from his first album with the same name (1990). It features Swedish Eurodance singer Leila K. The song is similar to Eddy Grant's "Hello Africa", but in the style of hip hop. It peaked at number one in Austria and achieved a great success in most of the other European countries, including Sweden, Germany and Switzerland.
Cheiron Studios was a recording studio located in the Kungsholmen district of Stockholm, Sweden. Founded in 1992 by Denniz PoP and Tom Talomaa, it was famous for being the place where popular music acts of the late 1990s/early 2000s such as Backstreet Boys, Boyzone, Robyn, NSYNC, Britney Spears, and Westlife, produced many of their greatest hits. In addition, Cheiron Studios was also a record label in affiliation with BMG for a while, and a music publishing service, although those ventures were abandoned in favour of music production.
"Club Bizarre" is a song recorded by German dance music act U96, released in February 1995 as the second single from the album of the same name (1995). It was a hit in several countries, although it was not as successful as the act's previous single, "Love Religion", but became a top twenty hit in the Netherlands, Sweden and Austria. On the Eurochart Hot 100, the single peaked at number 28 in April 1995. It features uncredited vocals by Skadi Lange.
"Up'N Away" is a song by German Eurodance group Mr. President. It was the first song ever that received a golden record without charting in the German top ten. And this was also the last single to receive participation from rapper George "Sir Prophet" Jones, as Delroy "Layzee Dee" Rennalls replaced him soon after the release. To avoid confusion after Jones left the group, the song was rerecorded for their debut album, Up'n Away - The Album (1995), with Rennalls providing the lead vocals as he did for the rest of the album's songs.
"Somebody Dance with Me" is a song by Swiss artist DJ BoBo featuring Emel Aykanat. It was released in November 1992 as the second single from his debut album, Dance with Me (1993). The song is on some parts based on sampling taken from "Somebody's Watching Me" by Rockwell. It was the first major hit of DJ BoBo in 1992-1993, reaching the top of Swiss Hitparade, the official Swiss Singles Chart. It was also a number-one hit in Portugal and Sweden.
"Automatic Lover (Call for Love)" is a song by German Eurodance/pop music project Real McCoy (also known as M.C. Sar & The Real McCoy), released in 1994 as the second single from their album Another Night (1995), which is the US version of the project's second album, Space Invaders. The song was produced by music producers Juergen Wind (aka J. Wind) and Frank Hassas (aka Quickmix) under the producer team name Freshline, and borrows the melody from Bronski Beat's 1984 song, "Smalltown Boy". It was a top-20 hit in a number of countries, including Australia, Denmark, Germany and Sweden.
"Trust Me" is a song by Swedish singer Pandora, released in October 1993 as the first single from her debut album, One of a Kind (1993). It is written and produced by Sir Martin & The Dr. Maxx Family, and also features an uncredited rap by rapper K-Slim. On the Swedish Singles Chart, it peaked at number three and was certified gold, as the most sold single of the year in Sweden. Additionally, "Trust Me" was a top 10 hit also in Denmark, Finland, Israel and Norway.
"The First the Last Eternity (Till the End)" is a song by German Eurodance project Snap!, released in February 1995 as the second single from their third studio album, Welcome to Tomorrow (1994). Like on their previous single, "Welcome to Tomorrow (Are You Ready?)", it features vocals by American singer Summer (a.k.a. Paula Brown). Supported by a partially computer generated music video, the song was a chart success in Europe, peaking at number two in both Belgium and the Netherlands, and number three in Austria.
"No More (I Can't Stand It)" is a song by German Eurodance project Maxx. It was released in March 1994 as the second single from their debut album, To The Maxximum (1994), and is the follow-up to the project's successful debut single, "Get-A-Way". The singer on the song is Linda Meek after that Samira Besic did not participate further in Maxx, after "Get-A-Way". "No More" peaked at number eight in the United Kingdom and also charted in Canada and Japan. Its music video was directed by Jonathan Bate and filmed in France.
"Everybody" is a song by Swiss Eurodance artist DJ BoBo, released in May 1994 by Fresh label as the fourth and last single from the artist's debut album, Dance With Me (1993). Co-written and co-produced by BoBo, the song was very successful in Europe, reaching number-one in Finland, number two in Germany, and number three in Switzerland. Additionally, "Everybody" was a top 10 hit in Iceland and the Netherlands, peaking at number eight and ten, respectively. The female vocals are performed by Jennifer Rüesch. The music video for the song was directed by Giacomo de Simone and filmed in Italy.
"In Command" is a song by Swedish dance music duo Rob'n'Raz, featuring American singer Lutricia McNeal and rapper D-Flex. Released in November 1993 as the fourth single from the duo's second album, Clubhopping (1992), it became very successful in Sweden, peaking at number-one, with a total of 17 weeks within the Swedish singles chart. Additionally, the song peaked at number four in Finland and was a top 40 hit on the Eurochart Hot 100, reaching number 39 in January 1994. Outside Europe, it was a huge hit in Israel, peaking at number three. It also won an award in the category for Best Swedish Dance Track 1993 at the 1994 Swedish Dance Music Awards.
"I Show You Secrets" is a song by German Eurodance act Pharao, which consisted of Indian/German singer Kyra Pharao and American rapper Deon Blue. It was released in 1994 by Dance Pool as the first single from the act's debut album, Pharao (1994), and was well received among music critics, hitting success in many European countries. The song was written by Stevie Steve and Alexander Hawking with Deon Thomas and Tomcat, and produced by Steve and Hawking. It was a top 10 hit in Austria, Finland, Germany, Israel and Switzerland. The music video for "I Show You Secrets" was directed by John Clayton and received A-list rotation on Germany's VIVA.
"The Promise Man" is a 1993 song by Swedish band Basic Element featuring vocalist Zetma Prembo, released as the second single from their first album, Basic Injection (1994). It is one of their most successful songs and a big hit in Scandinavia, peaking at number three in Sweden, staying within the chart for 16 weeks. It also topped the Swedish national radio P3 Tracks chart and was one of the most played songs on radio. In Denmark and Finland, it peaked at number six, and on the Eurochart Hot 100, it reached a respectable number 33 in April 1994. The album included two different versions of the song, including the Rob & JJ Euroclub Mix.
"Close to Your Heart" is the fourth single released by British dance music producer Jake Williams under the name JX, featuring vocals by singer Shèna. It was released in February 1997 by Ffrreedom and Hooj Choons as a single only, peaking at number nine in Scotland and number 18 in the UK, as well as number one on the UK Dance Chart and number 53 on the Eurochart Hot 100. Additionally, the song charted in Israel and Australia, peaking at number three and 90, respectively.
"Power of American Natives" is a song by German techno duo Dance 2 Trance featuring vocals by USA-born, Germany-based singer Linda Rocco. Released in 1992 by Blow Up, Dance Pool and Logic Records as the third single from the duo's first album, Moon Spirits (1992), it is their most commercially successful single, and now widely considered as a classic of its genre. It peaked within the top 10 in Austria, Belgium, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Spain. In the UK, it reached top 30, peaking at number 25, but fared even better on the dance chart, peaking at number three. The single sold 250,000 records and was awarded a gold disc. Its accompanying music video reached the mainstream networks such as MTV.
