The Embassy of Ireland is Ireland's embassy in Canada. It is located at 130 Albert Street in the 11th Floor, in the city's downtown core of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Eamonn C. McKee has served as Ambassador since October 2020. [1]
Ireland has consulates-general in Vancouver and Toronto, as well as honorary consulates in the provinces of Alberta (Calgary) and Edmonton), Québec (Quebec City), Nova Scotia (Halifax) and Newfoundland and Labrador (St. John's).
The Irish Ambassador's official residence in Canada is located at 291 Park Road in Ottawa's upscale Rockcliffe Park neighborhood.
Originally constructed in 1942 by Canadian architect Henry Gordon Hughes, the building was purchased by the Irish Government on 27 September 1968 for a total of £ 48,868 [2]
The building underwent extensive renovation in 2009 which added two new wings, at both the east and west ends of the original building. [3] This renovation expanded the property to 12,000 square feet (1,100 m2) for a total cost of CA$ 6,000,000. [4]
The foreign relations of Ireland are substantially influenced by its membership of the European Union, although bilateral relations with the United States and United Kingdom are also important to the state. It is one of the group of smaller nations in the EU and has traditionally followed a non-aligned foreign policy. Ireland has historically tended towards independence in foreign military policy, thus it is not a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation and has a longstanding policy of military neutrality.
Leinster House is the seat of the Oireachtas, the parliament of Ireland. Originally, it was the ducal palace of the Dukes of Leinster. Since 1922, it has been a complex of buildings of which the former ducal palace is the core, which house Oireachtas Éireann, its members and staff. The most recognisable part of the complex, and the "public face" of Leinster House continues to be the former ducal palace at the core of the complex.

The Embassy of Russia in Canada is the Russian embassy in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, located at 285 Charlotte Street, at the eastern terminus of Laurier Avenue, built by W.E. Noffke. To the south it looks out on Strathcona Park while to the east it looks out on the Rideau River. Russia also maintains consulates in Toronto and Montreal.

Ireland–Philippines relations refer to the bilateral relations between Ireland and the Philippines. Ireland has an embassy in Manila. The Philippines once had an embassy in Dublin. However, due to supposed financial and organisational burdens, it was forced to close in 2012. Currently, the Philippine embassy in Ireland are represented via London, with an honorary consulate based in Dublin.
