The University of Nigeria,commonly referred to as UNN,is a federal university located in Nsukka,Enugu State,Eastern part of Nigeria. Founded in 1955 by Nnamdi Azikiwe who was the Governor General of Nigeria between 1960 and 1963,and first President of Nigeria between 1963 and 1966. The University of Nigeria Nsukka was formally opened on 7 October 1960. The University of Nigeria has three campuses in Enugu State–Nsukka,Enugu,and Ituku-Ozalla –and the Aba campus in Abia State.
James Douglas Grant Dunn,also known as Jimmy Dunn,was a British New Testament scholar,who was for many years the Lightfoot Professor of Divinity in the Department of Theology at the University of Durham. He is best known for his work on the New Perspective on Paul,which is also the title of a book he published in 2007.

He is Tutor in New Testament and Greek at St. Stephen's House at Oxford University. He is a writer,speaker,voice-over artist,and activist on topics including postmodern philosophy,hermeneutics,education,and the social constitution of meaning.
Eri is said to be the original legendary cultural head of the Umu-eri groups of the Igbo people. Eri established a community in the middle of Anambra river valley in Aguleri where he married two wives. The first wife,Nneamakụ,bore him five children. The first was Agulu,the founder of Aguleri,the second was Menri,the founder of Umunri / Kingdom of Nri,followed by Onugu,the founder of Igbariam and Ogbodulu,the founder of Amanuke. The fifth one was a daughter called Iguedo,who is said to have borne the founders of Nteje,and Awkuzu,Ogbunike,Umuleri,Nando and Ogboli in Onitsha. As one of the children of Eri,Menri migrated from Aguleri,which was and still is,the ancestral temple of the entire Umu-Eri. His second wife Oboli begot Ọnọja,the only son who founded the Igala Kingdom in Kogi State.
Isi Uzo is a Local Government Area of Enugu State,Nigeria bordering Benue State and Ebonyi State. Its headquarters are in the town of Ikem.The other towns are:Eha Amufu,Neke,Mbu,and Umualor. Isi-Uzo is a constituent of Enugu East Senatorial Zone. It has an area of 877 km²and a population of 148,415 at the 2006 census.

Ordained a priest in 2000,he is a professor of English Language and Studies. From 2006 to 2009,he was Provost of the Institute of Ecumenical Education. He became the Vice Chancellor of Godfrey Okoye University,which is owned by the Catholic Diocese of Enugu in Nigeria,in 2009. He is also the director of the university's Institute of Chinua Achebe Studies.

Uko Ndukwe Nkole is a Nigerian politician and member of the Nigerian National Assembly. Nkole was the representative from Arochukwu/Ohafia in the Federal House of Representative in the 8th and 9th assemblies. He did not contest for reelection to the House of Assembly in 2023.

He was resource person for UNESCO's Education for Sustainable Future Programme. in 1999 and author/ co-author of more than one hundred publications and over 440 total citations.
Timothy Uzodinma Nwala is the first Nigerian Professor of Philosophy. He is recorded as the father of contemporary African Philosophy mainly because he was the first Nigerian graduate in philosophy from an indigenous University and the African Philosophy courses he developed later were adopted for the first time in the curricula of many universities in Africa and the United States. He is the author of the seminal book,Igbo Philosophy. Nwala's idea of an East Central State Volunteer Services Corps just after the Nigerian Civil War majorly contributed to the founding of the National Youth Service Corps by the Gowon administration of the Federal Government of Nigeria. Nwala was one of the pioneer members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He authored the initial drafts of the G-34 Memorandum and the PDP's first constitution.
Obasi Igwe is a Nigerian Professor of political science. His book,Politics and Globe Dictionary,which included his theory of Integration,has been cited more than 300 times in articles by other scholars. Obasi Igwe was several times the Head of Department of Political Science of the University of Nigeria,Nsukka. A consistent advocate of greater Igbo inclusion in the Nigeria polity,Obasi Igwe was Chairman of the National Organizing Committee of the apex pan-Igbo socio-cultural organization,Ohanaeze Ndigbo World Igbo Day,2023. He is a political activist and human rights crusader.
