Ernst Ammann (born 24 January 1941) is a retired Swiss hammer thrower. He competed at the 1968 Summer Olympics and placed 19th; [1] his wife Sieglinde competed alongside in the pentathlon and long jump. [2]

Previously Ammann finished 11th in this event at the 1969 European Championships. Her husband Ernst Ammann competed in the hammer throw at the 1968 Olympics.
