Esteban Carril Caso (born 24 May 1977) is a Spanish tennis coach and former professional player.
A native of Gijón, Carril was a three-time All-American varsity player at Texas Christian University. On the professional tour he made his only ATP Tour main draw appearance in the doubles of the 2005 Estoril Open, reaching the quarter-finals. Most of his tour matches were on the ITF Futures circuit, where he won one singles and nine doubles titles. [1]
Carril's coaching career has been highlighted by his three years with Johanna Konta, who he took from around 100 in the world to an Australian Open semi-final and top 10 ranking, before departing in 2016. He had a trial period as coach of Emma Raducanu in late 2021 and was then announced to have joined fellow Brit Andy Murray's coaching team for the Stockholm Open. [2]

Sir Andrew Barron Murray is a British professional tennis player from Scotland. He was ranked world No. 1 by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) for 41 weeks, and finished as the year-end No. 1 in 2016. He has won three Grand Slam singles titles, two at Wimbledon and one at the US Open (2012), and has reached eleven major finals. Murray was ranked in the top 10 for all but one month from July 2008 through October 2017, and finished no lower than No. 4 in eight of the nine year-end rankings during that span. Murray has won 46 ATP singles titles, including 14 ATP Masters 1000 events.
Jonas Lars Björkman is a Swedish former professional tennis player. He is a former world No. 1 in doubles, and also a former world No. 4 in singles. Björkman retired from professional tennis after competing at the 2008 Tennis Masters Cup doubles championships. He has been ranked as high as world No. 10 in singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), which he first achieved in September 2020. He is the joint second-highest ranked Canadian player in history with compatriot Félix Auger-Aliassime, behind former world No. 3 Milos Raonic. He has won one ATP Tour singles title and produced his best Grand Slam performance at the 2021 Wimbledon Championships after reaching the semifinals, where he lost to eventual champion Novak Djokovic.
