Evelyne Schneider (married name: Rossoukhi; born 23 February 1950 in Waidhofen an der Ybbs, Lower Austria) is an Austrian former pair skater. With partner Wilhelm Bietak, she represented Austria at the 1968 Winter Olympics, where they placed 15th.

Verena "Vreni" Schneider is a retired ski racer from Switzerland. She is the most successful alpine ski racer of her country, the fourth most successful female ski racer ever and was voted "Swiss Sportswoman of the Century".
Swimming as usual was one of the three aquatics disciplines at the 1980 Summer Olympics—the other two being Water Polo and Diving. It was held in the Swimming Pool of the Olimpiysky Sports Complex between July 20 and July 27. There was a total of 333 participants from 41 countries competing.
Evelyne Ruth Hall was an American hurdler. She won the AAU title outdoors in 1930 and indoors in 1931, 1933, 1935. At the 1932 Olympics she earned a silver medal in the 80 m, losing in controversial fashion to Mildred Didrikson (1). She placed fourth at the 1936 U.S. Olympic Trials and did not qualify.
